Business is done backwards. There SBA bankers can pick or choose who to give loans to based on personal preferences. Waited four months with no answer and lost out on the deal because the unprofessionalism of Keybank.

Awful. Predatory fees. Constantly having to fix issues due to poor protocol and ineptitude. Bank ANYWHERE else.
