“This location is always friendly and welcoming! Great selection of dog supplies/food/treats. Staff always pay attention to my 3 dogs. Today, my Pekingese chose a new ball from the toy aisle and proceeded to push/kick it all over the store. (great fun on a rainy day with no other dogs in the store) The staff was all playing with him and helping him retrieve his new ball when it got stuck. I only wish I would have thought to take a video!In addition, this store has been extremely generous over the years as we did fundraising for the creation (and now for the maintenance) of Lancaster Unleashed/Como Lake Bark Park. 2 paws up!”

“Absolutely love this place! Owner is extremely caring of all dogs and supports rescues as well! She collaborates with small local businesses and local rescues. She truly cares about every dog walking through the door! She is very informative of her products. Her store is so beautiful and cute! Even a sitting area for you and your dog to watch tv, a self serve coffee bar/snacks for you and your dogs to hang there :) she throws doggie events as well! Highly recommended”

She took us in for a private lesson and was flexible in working with our schedule. Our German Shepherd gets excited walking into every class. Highly recommend the Orchard Park and East Aurora location!”

“This is the best way I have found to get the corals I want at reasonable prices. I love the auction sales style. Gives me the control over what im willing to pay and often gets me a cheap frag that becomes a treasured fav! The livestock is healthy, typically opens shortly after introduction and has survived some unfortunate LPS alk instability where corals from other places did not.The online service - especially Randy- goes above and beyond during the entire process, from sales to ensuring safe arrival - and even with prompt answers to tank and coral questions anytime. With all the shipping challenges - like weather, work schedules, etc., this is important to a landlocked reefer. BTW, ARC's shipping prices during sales are the best I've seen.Even when I don't intend to buy, I love getting notified about an upcoming ARC Auction and will often watch. I usually end up buying. Love this store!”

“We are so lucky to have a pet store like this in WNY! Great variety, high quality brands, and wonderful customer service. The staff have been knowledgeable and informative about what might be good options for my puppy every time I’ve gone in to get something (food, toys, treats, supplements, whatever). I would say the prices are comparable to online or Homegoods items as well; maybe a bit more but nothing outrageous and worth it to us to support local business. Love this place!”

“Overall, the experience there’s always good. The employees are generally very knowledgeable, and if for some reason, they don’t know it instead of pretending or making a guess they go and ask for additional help, which I personally appreciate! Sometimes the website is not in accordance with their actual in-store stock, but I really don’t think that’s their fault cause I’ve encountered that at multiple locations. They’re always willing to accommodate exchanges and refunds, obviously with appropriate proof. My girls when I bring them there are always treated very well and get lots of lovin!!”
“I’m always at Pet Smart on Walden Ave buying feeders for my fish. Met a young man name Ryan today who was working in that department. He was very kind and very professional with assisting me with the feeders. I needed 200 and he, without hesitation, starting catching them and counting them out. I’ve had other employees question me why I need so many feeders but he just started catching them. His customer service was excellent and just wanted to express my sincere “thank you” to him for being so helpful and mannerable! His parents raised a wonderful respectful son! ????!”
