βI have been to many many many UPS stores throughout the nation. This particular UPS store is one of the cleanest and has the nicest people that are extremely helpful do not get aggravated if you're asking questions or have a ton of Amazon to return.β

βOwner, George, came to my rescue. It was a fraught time for me (and was pressed for time), he was busy on a large project and yet was able to accommodate me, he made it all work. He's able to accomplish specialized printing needs that the larger corporate big box entities could/would not. George represents all that is fantastic with small businesses: creativity, problem solving and out of box thinking. I am so grateful to have met him and have him take care of my printing needs. He is also a lovely, caring human being, icing on the cake.β

βThe staff at this store have always been nice, cheerful, and pleasant to engage with. However, this week they went above and beyond when a package said it was ready for pick up but wasn’t yet at the store. They took the time to help troubleshoot, found the solution, and went the extra mile to call me with an update as soon as the package arrived. Plus, they remembered who I was (which doesn’t always happen in these kinds of situations).β

βRarely do I write reviews ...but the young man who helped me at the Print station (Griffin) right before Christmas was an absolute God-send.I have not received such customer service with a smile in I don't know how long. With that said everyone I have run into at this location on Main has been extremely helpful as well. Griffin just went the extra TEN miles to put a smile on my face. He is most certainly management material !β

βPaulette was very nice to work with. She showed us all different styles and fonts. We wanted calla lilies in our invites and she showed us all the different styles and made up mock invites so we could see what they would look like. She was very professional friendly and punctual. βOn Dec. 8th we went to the Blasdell store to pickup a laser printer and ream of paper which was a special price online. Box was large and asked for some assistance. The smileless lady behind the print counter said we should use a cart to take it out ourselves. It was on the floor near the counter waiting for pick up. Note we're both over 75 years of age. Well up steps Dave with a cart and help lifting, and pointing out we should have taken advantage of special on paper - a box of three for only a little more than we paid for one! Oh and he also checked that we purchased the printer that included an extra XL toner cartridge- a better value for the same printer. He arranged a return and new sale to save on that paper deal we missed. Dave was so helpful and we felt he provided customer service that was exemplary. If only every employee had his work ethic. Certainly the woman we initially approached working behind the print counter could learn from Dave! Thank you, Dave!β
