“The staff at this store have always been nice, cheerful, and pleasant to engage with. However, this week they went above and beyond when a package said it was ready for pick up but wasn’t yet at the store. They took the time to help troubleshoot, found the solution, and went the extra mile to call me with an update as soon as the package arrived. Plus, they remembered who I was (which doesn’t always happen in these kinds of situations).”
“Rarely do I write reviews ...but the young man who helped me at the Print station (Griffin) right before Christmas was an absolute God-send.I have not received such customer service with a smile in I don't know how long. With that said everyone I have run into at this location on Main has been extremely helpful as well. Griffin just went the extra TEN miles to put a smile on my face. He is most certainly management material !”
“Owning my own print shop and not knowing where to turn when the digital age came upon us, Brian Parisi and crew were amazing to walk me through digital printing. This was 25 years ago. They have been the most amazing people I have had the honor to work with! I now have 5 of there printers in my shop and would never think of going anywhere else. They have exceptional integrity and their techs are #1. Will continue to work with this AMAZING company for the next 20 years!”
“Went to process a large shipment for my employer today and found Emily being almost too helpful with a disabled older customer. She went to great lengths to guide her safely out of the store and back to her car, then was the consummate professional helping me process a large shipment going to multiple addresses. The rest of the staff supported her by handling the volume of customers while I dominated Emily’s time for about an hour. Could not recommend more highly!”

“Had the best experience here! I needed to print out some flyers for an upcoming church event and Don and Mike were an absolute pleasure to work with! Top notch customer service and the finished product was amazing and completed in a short timeframe! Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be coming back in the future for print needs!”
