“My first mistake was purchasing appliances from a big box store. Our delivery was delayed twice, and it was looking like it would take a month or more to receive everything if there were any additional delays.
I decided to check out Ra-Lin's website to see what they had available. I was hoping they carried the same models we wanted, and my next concern was whether they had them in stock. I called and spoke with Cate, and I can't say enough about how helpful she was. I explained our situation, and she quickly put together quotes for the models we wanted. We completed almost the entire transaction through phone calls and email, making the process incredibly easy.
Two of our appliances were delivered the very next day. The third arrived at the store a few days later, and we picked it up ourselves. Unfortunately, that appliance was damaged. I emailed Cate the same day, and she immediately responded, letting me know she would order a replacement and try to have it available as quickly as possible. The delay that followed was due to the manufacturer not releasing the order for pickup, which was completely out of Ra-Lin's control.
Despite that setback, Ra-Lin delivered the replacement appliance 4–5 days later, and it was perfect. Throughout the entire process, Cate went above and beyond to take care of us. Her constant communication and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier.
The big box stores would not have provided the level of service and care that Cate and the team at Ra-Lin's gave us. We will definitely be purchasing our future appliances from them.

And, Olum’s matched the sale price from home depot with better service and warranty. The delivery went very well. “Updating based on Best Buy‘s new (or newly enforced) policy; my phone screen had cracked and was under warranty and the last time I came in for a new screen protector, they put it on for me no questions asked. Now it is seven dollar upcharge to install a phone screen protector. That’s the kind of easy Customer Service that would’ve gotten a 5 star review. Hope the nickel and diming is worth it Best Buy.”
