“Kudos to Cristian in customer service. Called several big box stores in the area only to have literally no one answer the phone. Cristian not only answered quickly but then went above and beyond looking for answers for us. Awesome job!”

“This location is great. All of the employees are very nice and willing to help. The new manager has made this location even better and he has no problem taking 10 or 15 minutes of his time to explain something to you. The new garden center is beautiful and not packed full of stuff no one wants like other places. Always have a great selection of chicken and ducks as well as great seasonal products.”

“We love Lowes! In the paint department, my wife and I needed to match some paints to redo our living room at Kim from the Rt. 31 Syracuse store was incredibly helpful. In needing a new fridge also, she pointed us i the right direction and had our paint all mixed and ready for us. You could tell she valued our time by being effcient in her work and direction and she was just a pleasure to work with. In the refridgerator area, Matt was very helpful during the day answering questions and checking stock for us. Refrigerators have sure changed and he got us up to date with what features we could look for in various models, price points, etc. Later that night, Scott was incredibly helpful and patient with us as we made our final decisions and closed the deal. There was some delay with getting the Lowe's charge card (saved 100 dollars right there) . I had to speak to a representative from their credit department on the phone. This could have been a pain but Scott sanitized his phone, let me speak to the person and we were able to complete the transaction with no problem. Scott had a very good sense of humor, ability to juggle several customers without any of them feeling unsupported and very good overall knowledge of the products and the specifications that would be our best bets! Great job, Lowes! Scott, Kim and Matt have served you well this holiday season!!!”

“Nice staff, I guess. Not sure if they're too dumb to use the system or the system is unreliable as heck but it allegedly crashed 3-4 times while trying to complete the rental process”

“My brother-in-law and I stopped in tonight regarding an issue with a gallon of paint we had purchased. After beginning our project, we quickly realized the color was significantly different from what we expected. When we brought the issue to Customer Service, the gentleman assisting us immediately denied a refund because the paint had been opened. While we understood that policy may limit refund options, no alternative solutions were offered, and we were simply referred to a manager who was assisting another customer. Unfortunately, there was no apology, explanation, or attempt to help resolve the situation, and the interaction came across as dismissive. Thankfully, a wonderful employee from the Paint Department, Maryjane, stepped in to help. She listened to our concerns, offered to correct the paint at no charge, and got us exactly what we needed. We weren’t looking for a refund, just the simply wanted the correct color so we could finish our project. Maryjane handled the situation professionally, kindly, and without making us feel like we had done anything wrong. While waiting for the corrected paint, we noticed the manager and the Customer Service associate taking photos of each other behind the counter, which only reinforced the impression that professionalism was lacking. I’m giving this location 4 stars solely because of Maryjane. She completely turned the experience around and saved our project.”
