“Great place. My wife and I went here last weekend because we were stir crazy and needed to be in the sun and see other humans. This was the only greenhouse that was open (or at least that answered the phone). For those of you not familiar with northern living, and more specifically, the dreary gray gloomy mid winter in Central New York, it's rough. Most greenhouses just close the doors in late Fall and ride out the gloom until Spring. Not only was this place open but it was bustling with customers and enthusiastic and engaged staff. All that and sun streaming through the whole place. What a huge boost for us! They have tons of plants, pottery, curated second hand findings, and artisan hand-made goods and all reasonably priced. A welcome oasis filled with vibrant life, in a vast bleak tundra. What a great experience! Will be back.”

“Charlie and his staff at our Cicero Country Max are Great! They are so friendly and helpful. Charlie especially, has helped me so many times with things I’ve needed. He has personally gone to one of the other stores to pick it up, if they were out of it at the time.I have been shopping there for all my pets from horses to goats, dogs, cats, rabbits, reptiles, you name it, since it was at its old location in Cicero.Keep up the good work everybody!!”

“Finally I was able to visit this store today! What a cute little place with even a cuter 4 legged greeter and a very genuinely wise owner! It's exactly the experience I was hoping to have on a rainy morning! The place smells good, the owner dressed classy and stylish, the product is limited because of space but interesting enough to give it a second thought and maybe even buy. I bought this unique item and knew exactly where I would place it. Looks exactly what I thought it'll look. Very happy with the purchase. I've never seen this item anyplace else. Glad that we have this type of a store here in Manlius. A few more of these places, along with non-generic cafes and designer but still organic clothing boutiques, and we'll have our own quaint little town, as Manlius should be!”

“I visited November 2022. This was my first time purchasing a real tree. It was gorgeous. I received so many compliments. I was on the pricey side, I believe close to $80. I wouldn't spend that much again, but it was beautiful for my first real tree compared to fake plastic trees.”

“The best customer service hands down beats all the other stores.I drive 30 miles to go there versus 3 mi to go to Lowe's. Home Depot has the best selection and the higher quality of items. I also like their website a lot better than many others. They've been out of a long time and I think they've got it perfected. I have been going to the store in Clay, New York for over 20 years. I've been very happy. They solved a lot of problems from me with technical support from the men of the trades that they hire.”

“So the running joke is that the Home Depot has terrible customer service and associates hide from you when you go there. I had to run to the garden center for something, and had the opposite experience. The staff member manning the entrance greeted me when I came in, and helped me find the item I was looking for. The aisles are a little wacky and he wasn't able to direct me perfectly, and I had to do some wandering and scrounging. Still, he was so nice and at least seemed willing to help, which is more service than I usually get in these kinds of big box home stores. I'm not super handy so I can't really weigh in on everything here, but the garden center was pretty nice.”

“We had a wonderful experience a couple weeks ago. We came into the store to buy items for a painting project. We weren't sure exactly what to buy and we had quite a few questions.
