“Peter was so helpful!! We went in to try out a bunch of mattresses. Last time we purchased one was during covid so we didn’t get to try a whole bunch in person. Peter guided us to try a bunch of different mattresses in our price range and we landed on a Beautyrest. We almost went with the Tempur-Pedic pro but the Beautyrest was very comfortable as well and came with a moveable frame.”

“I went in there with the intention of just checking some mattresses out but ended up buying mattress thanks to the sales guy Steve. I forgot his last name but he also went by another name that looked like Steve but wasn’t. He was of extreme help. After I told him I just needed to check out the mattresses and that I’ve been doing research on the mattresses, he just gave me a quick breakdown of where everything is and the new products they got as well as the mattresses that was taking out of display and being sold at 50 percent off. He gave me a beautiful amount of time to check everything out alone ( which I couldn’t be anymore grateful for). I stumbled upon one pf the mattresses that was 50 percent off, it was a beautyrest black c class plush pillow top (the mattress that I REALLY wanted but was too expensive). Steve then comes back to help me out and explained to me the deal with the 50 percent off mattresses in a helpful and professional manner. I was iffy about owning a matress many customers went to check out but Steve insured me that it’s not as bad as I thought it was. He explained that he also is a germaphobe and would use that same mattress, he said it doesn’t even matter, that right there sold me on the mattress. There is way too much to this story but he was also giving me many other alternatives and what each mattress would provide for my body as well as what’s inside of the mattress and what they doo. He didn’t even stop there, when walking to customer pay area he would break into conversation about the other products he has and where they are made and what materials were used, that right there is a great sales men. I had 2 terrible experiences in the raymour store near the Starbucks in farmindale. They are of no help whatsoever, they also breath right down your neck and it’s very uncomfortable. Steve your great ?”

“We needed a new mattress. We did a ton of research, and then we went to a well known chain mattress store, where we were greeted by an indifferent salesman and limited inventory. Depressed and frustrated, we went home and did more research, thinking we would just order something online... but buying a mattress without trying it out seemed risky. One of the brands we were looking at was available at Sleepworks, so we went to look at it.Jerry, the salesman who greeted us at Sleepworks, was incredibly accomodating and patient with us as he explained why the mattress we thought we wanted was not the best choice for us. He spent almost 2 hours with us and gave us quite an education in mattress types and construction, helping us to select the best mattress for our needs. He's a great salesman; he convinced us to buy the adjustable base and I'm glad he did.Delivery was fast and smooth - in fact, we had to put off delivery for a month due to COVID and other health issues and the folks at Sleepworks were very understanding, but once we were able to confirm a delivery date, the mattress and base were delivered and installed quickly and with no issues.If you are looking for a new mattress, this is the place to go!”
