“I was at children's village in 1971 for a year I had nothing but good experiences there made my communion there. And even went back after I left to make my confirmation 2 years later. I was in Williams cottage”
“I originally had an appointment in Larkin plaza for my DL remewal, but due to an incodent it was canceled and the building was close for the day. Now, I didn't make any appointments for triple AAA and just did a walk in. At first, I wasnt allowed to because they were fully booked, I was sad, but I tried at least. As I was leaving, the employee named, Nancy or Nancie, chased me outside, and squeezed me in the schedule, which is a blessing in disguise :). She really helped me through the process as well as her colleagues. The entire team was great and they were very polite, patience, and helpful. The process went fast and easy! I would definitely recommend this place and you really need to book an appointment which I will do the next time. Beyond grateful and thankful for Nancy and Ayesha, they were great and amazing people :)”
“Highly recommended for anyone interested in food systems. It’s especially impactful for families, educators, & anyone looking to reconnect with where our food really comes from.
The agriculture tour at Stone Barns Center is a truly enriching experience that goes far beyond the typical farm visit. It offers a rare, behind-the-scenes look at regenerative agriculture in action.
The tour brings you up close to every part of the food system, from the pastures where heritage breed livestock graze, to the greenhouse innovations and composting operations that feed the soil. The emphasis is on sustainable, ecologically responsible farming practices, and it’s clear the center isn’t just growing food, but rethinking the entire relationship between people, land, and climate.”
“Girl Scout Troop 2812 was so happy to bake cupcakes for the guests at the RMH in Valhalla. Their entire "House" is extremely clean. We loved using their kitchen to bake with our Junior troop, of 10 year olds. Susan at the front desk made it such a pleasant experience, with quick and easy check-in. We can't wait to volunteer again! We will definitely be back to help. :-)”
“It's amazingly nice, but the water quality has been so poor last few years that you are really only paying for access to sand...unfortunately not much they can do.”
“Cute little loop trail with different habitats and some art along the trails. Butterfly garden, meditation garden, and nature programs held in the educational center.”
“My Friend just Celebrated their 25th Wedding Anniversary on a Saturday Night. Beautiful Venue to Host a Party or a Wedding Reception. Ample Parking and access to the Entrance. I attended on Crutches and realized that they do have a Ramp leading straight into the Hall on the Right Side of the Building. Nice Setup.. There's an area for a Bar and Food Service Station. The Music System has to be Provided by your personal DJ or Band.Very Nice Over All Experience.Thank You ?”

“The Closter Nature Center is a nice little escape from the busyness of town. It’s quiet and peaceful, and I love that it gives you a chance to slow down and just be outside.
That said, the trails could use a bit more care. Some areas felt uneven and overgrown, so be ready for that if you’re bringing kids or anyone who isn’t super steady on their feet. Nothing unsafe, just not as well maintained as I expected.
The center itself feels welcoming and low-key, and the staff were friendly. It’s not a big place, more of a quick nature walk than a day-long outing but it’s still worth a visit if you’re nearby and want some fresh air.”

“We have had a wonderful experience with our two children at HBMS. Our son is part of the Honors Program and along with our younger daughter has attended the Summer Arts Program for years. Whether it's private instrument instruction, Musicianship classes or chamber music and orchestra, we have always had incredible teachers and a tremendously positive and supportive atmosphere. It is very inspiring to see such elite musicians show such kindness and patience to every child from the youngest beginners. HBMS is a truly special place!”
“This afternoon we had a nice walk in the neighborhood and found this lovely shop!!! I bought some accessories and a cute cup. Ladies there are also very lovely and helpful! Will definitely visit it again if I have the chance :)”

“Afya Foundation is doing truly impactful work by helping deliver essential medical supplies to underserved communities around the world. Their commitment to sustainability and global health equity really stands out. It’s inspiring to see how they mobilize resources and volunteers to make a real difference. Proud to support an organization with such a meaningful mission!”
“It was great! Me, my mom, Betty and Ms Terry and my friend Nevaeh went there today. And I really loved it a lot. And it was fun ? ???????????”
“They a good organization because they permit the individual to decide if they identify with this group or not. I sm not Irish myself but 3 of my children have a half Irish father so they might want to join. Also I often been mistaken by NYPD Pct 43 for being an Irish Puerto Rican. Nearly every time I showed up there they ask if I'm part of that group because I look the part (part white) y me halo Español (and I speak Spanish). But I stopped answering their curiosity because Im BORN I'm the USA (as are all Puerto Ricans(.”

“Beat headstart in the bronx . I went as a little girl back in the early 2000’s now my son is going and I just love it . Of course it isn’t the same because of the pandemic a lot of things have changed . But the garden , the fresh fruits and veggies the kids grow . The interaction is amazing . They also help with potty training if your child still hasn’t learned they guide the child which I loved ! My son loves going to school he also had a hard time eating . He was super picky but now he eats everything and anything . The snacks and meals are really healthy. The kids get nap time , and they have they’re own gym and park so no need to be traveling no where . I just love how safe and comfortable I feel with leaving my son. He’s really my whole heart and for any little accident or booboo I get notified right away. I’m super happy that I got the opportunity to enroll my son in KHCC. Don’t wait or think it twice like “oh I won’t leave my child no where” lol I was the sameeee and listen ! The teachers who taught me at 3 and 4 are now the directors and supervisors , that just goes to show! Love love love love love !!!! I’ll always recommend KHCC to all of my friends ♥️”

“What a WONDERFUL Community-Based program that offers IMPORTANT and NEEDED resources to its residents and the City of Yonkers!I have known staff members for over 10 years!Pleasant, professional, resourceful and most of all, DEDICATION ?!!!”
“The place is spacious and cozy. You can easily fit 10 long tables with a place to dance, but the best part of the place is that it's yours all day. It gives you time to set up and decorate. Another big plus is that you can bring your own drinks and liquor. My only minus is that it has a small parking lot. If you are on a budget or NOT come check it out! Enjoy!!”
“The New Dawn Foundation is a phenomenal organization that provided our spiritual group a space to host a retreat on Kabbalah. We rented the venue for just the weekend, and the volunteers (particularly Nnacy) who run this organization were very prompt to reply to any and all questions I had about the space leading up to our event. We comfortably hosted 14 people in the space, although this worked well because we knew each other going in and had a few couples sharing beds.Thank you New Dawn for all the work you all do in order to create affordable opportunities for young adults like us to engage in spiritual retreats! At the end of our time together participants went around in a Circle and shared gratitude, and so many people included the venue as something they were grateful to experience over the weekend. Can't recommend this venue enough. I'm attaching a sketch that one of our retreat participants drew of the stunning sunrise.”

“Hello everyone! If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. The instructors are so professional and understanding. They really know what they are doing in this place.
Let me explain...my daughter is shy, and is not much of a conversation starter. In public, she is quite and calm and polite. Behind doors, she is this explosively joyful child ready to take on the world. I wanted the world to see that side of her and this theater and it's personnel have provided that. My daughter gets on stage and we see that overly charismatic child who has so much to share with the world.
Thank you Random Farms for being home to my daughters heart. She loves you and will forever hold you as an amazing memory in her childhood and life.
I also want to add that I see bad reviews in regards to irresponsible parents who feel entitled, and feel they're kid must go on show while having to been sick and its wrong. Let's be mindful that the personnel has to think about others too and their health as well. It's part of the policy. But other than that, don't hesitate to join! Your child will LOVE this place! They also do volunteer work for the community, which is a plus.”
“This was an easy and straight forward experience. I came in, deposited my donation, a receipt was provided and I left. It was an easy process, I recommend this location to anyone looking to donate.”

“We own a Mexican food truck company and Emma, the manager, invited us to be part of their community event. She was very polite and professional! The event was well organized and advertised, and families did really show up for her event! She even invited my kids and let them to be part of this beautiful day! I was very happy that I was able to support her community event ! I saw a lot of happy faces that day! Thank you for having us!”
“I was driving past and a beautiful pillow in the window caught my eye and I had to go in. This place is a treasure chest of great items for gifts for others and a few for myself! The woman that helped me the first time I stopped in was so pleasant and welcoming that I had to go back again! You will not be disappointed to make a point of stopping in.”
“I'm a believer now. I want to thank Marky, Ingrid, and Cheryl for definitely making my wishes come true this Holiday Season and for also spreading cheer. I had lost all hope in finding winter gear, since I had 2 previous failed attempt's. But I guess 3rd time is a charm sometimes. To those losing faith in receiving, keep believing miracle's do happen just keep on keeping on for ever.”
