“We hit a large wooden object in the middle of the road on 95 North and ended up with 2 flat tires. There were 11 cars in total which requiring towing services. We were lucky to get Vincent Services as our company. The driver dropped us off at a local hotel as it was 10:00 pm on a Sunday night. The next day Vincent located the tires for us, we waited in their shop for the tires to arrive and they promptly mounted them and had us on our way. They assisted us in getting something to eat and were extremely pleasant.”

“I brought my 2009 Pilot for a new transmission - I knew my current transmission would have to be completely replaced. The initial price I received was a bit high - but also fair IF quality work was done.It has now been about 6 months - my car runs amazing - their work is truly quality - with quality parts.A couple of other pearls: 1. The price ended up being lower than the initial quote and 2: they not only put in a new transmission, but they also fixed my brake lights, tires pressures and replaced all my fluids (including a synthetic oil change) - there is still no "lights" going off - which is amazing - not even a tire light. If you want quality work at a descent price - this is it. He's not the cheapest but the prices are very fair - yet I still feel like I got a good deal due to the quality of work.”

“I am very thankful to their service. I have a break noise and went to three different repair shops to get estimates. One shop never gave me a estimate and didn’t take my call afterwards. One shop said I need change rotors and pads plus calipers. Another shop said I need change all four rotors and pads and maybe calipers. Only lennny took out the tires and told me that all calipers are good and I only need change the rear rotors and pads?for now, but maybe soon need change front rotors and pads and quoted me reasonable price. I decided only change the rear ones for now and take care the front ones in the future. Really appreciate their honesty service.”

“I was driving on 303 in a brand new $120,000 BMW and had apparently ran over a humungous bolt. I felt the car losing air like crazy and was able to somehow pull into the station. A man was there with his son at closing and saw I was desperate and plugged my tire after removing the giant bolt. He’s stayed happily and didn’t send me away, he literally saved me that night because nothing else was open. I’m so thankful to have this shop in my own town and I’ll use them again anytime I ever have a problem.”
