“I recently traded in two iPhones for upgrades. I completed my upgrade about two weeks before my husband’s, and I worked with Yash both times. He made the entire experience easy and smooth, taking the time to understand my needs and helping me get the best value from my plan.
Yash was patient and willing to answer every question I had, whether it was about the iPhone itself or even specific apps. Because of how positive my experience was, I specifically booked an appointment with him again when it was time to upgrade my husband’s phone.
He also gave me his business card so I could easily reach out if I had any concerns or questions afterward, which I really appreciated. I truly can’t say enough good things about the experience and the level of customer service he provided.”

I’ve always had positive experiences at this location, which keeps me coming back. In contrast, I’ve visited the Hartsdale store many times and unfortunately have consistently had poor service there. “The staff was lovely. I came in to ask about an upgrade phone for my son. They were able to assist me and provide me with a plan with all details if I decided to upgrade. We thought about it and came back two days later to upgrade and take advantage of the Black Friday Deal. We ended up updating 2 phones to the new Iphone 17 Pro Max, we got 2 iPads and a great deal for our trade in phones.
Every one was very friendly, provided great service and ensured all our questions and concerns were addressed. They provided many options, deals and geared us to make a great choice both in value and within our budget.”

The owner, Kirby, was just as impressive. He stepped in to assist and also contacted customer service to make sure everything was handled properly. It’s clear that he truly cares about both his customers and his staff.

“We had a great experience with David at the Verizon Victra in Ossining, NY. I brought my mother-in-law in because she was in dire need of a new phone, and David was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish.
