Yash was patient and willing to answer every question I had, whether it was about the iPhone itself or even specific apps. Because of how positive my experience was, I specifically booked an appointment with him again when it was time to upgrade my husband’s phone.

“My ps5 disk drive stopped working after 5 years. I came here as it was nearby and Jordan fixed it in an about 40 minutes he gave me 3 month warranty for free and even applied new thermal paste and cleaned it for me for only 170! He even showed me step by step what he did. Definitely come here for phone or console repairs!”
“Everyone at the store was very friendly. I came in twice and worked with Chris both times and he answered all my questions and set up my new phone line. Everything was easy, quick, and well explained. I had tried two other Verizon stores in the area with no luck and quotes of much higher services.

“Love this store. Had a lot of Strawberry Shortcake things which I'm hooked on. I bought the hair brush, stickers and Keychain. They are always stocked with merchandise and are very organized. Went back today and purchased Napoleon Dynamite tshirt and computer charging station shelf/riser that have gone viral, they only had one left. I went again yesterday Dec. 5 and theyre fully stocked with X-Mas items. Beautifully stocked.”

“I cannot even begin to list the reasons why I’m pleased with the service I received in this store today. We went in without an appointment to move four phones and an iPad from AT&T to them. On top of that two of the four phones were in other parts of Westchester. It was a lot of work. Our representative Ron was absolutely outstanding. He handled EVERYTHING. And I mean everything. It took a few hours to do it all and he did it professionally, thoroughly, kindly and with a smile. Many hours after leaving the store we had an issue with one of the phones that was not with us and we called to see if he was still there. Not only did he take the call but he told us exactly what to do and it took less than a minute to fix. Thank you Ron and the rest of the staff at this location.”

We were leary but he explained everything in detail and we decided to go with the new package. Received the phones in the mail and went back to AJ to set them up for us. The last two times I was in, my shoes were no longer clinging to the floor. Boy, was I ever impressed.
