“I came here to upgrade my mom's iPhone. They were having a promotion so the iPhone 14 pro max was actually cheaper than the iPhone 14 plus. The employee who helped us seemed to be a bit new so he didn't quite know how to complete every task. He wasn't the most personable, but he got the job done. Note that they only display the latest model of iPhones so if you are looking for an older version, you won't really have the opportunity to touch and feel it before purchase. When upgrading your phone, make sure to have an up-to-date back up ready to go. This will speed up what can otherwise be a bit of a slow process.”

My phone was repaired by Abdul on Saturday by Tuesday something happened to it the screen went black I was able to see information in the car but not on the physical screen. “MJ went above and beyond any expectations of service. The shop closed at 5 on a Sunday and he was still helping me with the data transfer from my phone and pairing a new Apple Watch at 6:50pm. Didn’t just sell but was as tech savvy as Apple Genius Bar and reviewed all my Verizon plans to be sure I was in the best one financially and meeting my needs. If I could give 7 stars I would. I also noticed Roger another rep give excellent service to a couple that came in at 5 when the store was closing and remained with them till 6! And Roger Was Great Aswell”

She was incredibly calm and accommodating when other patrons at the store were pestering her for help. She was able to multitask and assisted everyone who needed something. We were there for several hours while information was transferring but left before one was completed. We had my elderly mother with us and she couldn't sit any longer. Ruth gave us her home phone number in case we had any problems when we got home. All credit to her for getting us through this tedious task.”
