“I’ve been using the pickup service for about at-least 4 years now and it changed my life! My clothes are always clean and smell good and they follow my instructions like not too much fabric softener since I’m sensitive to smells. “For the most part, this place is great to do laundry. They even had a laundry bag replacement policy, which about a month ago was still a thing, but when I try to get a replacement for my ripped clean rite bag, it is conveniently canceled. . . . . Other than that, I find the establishment great! Just don't buy the bags. You can get them cheaper elsewhere. The staff are nice and place is always clean.”

Customers seem to be satisfied with my place now and it’s thanks to the work NY uniform does in the background that nobody sees.”
