“My car was leaking brake fluid. I brought it to John for repairs. He replaced the brake lines for me. They were in bad condition and unsafe. He also performed a full brake job to ensure our safety. He also cleaned up the headlights and fixed some rust on the body. He did a fantastic job and the car runs like new. I would highly recommend John for any body work or repairs. “I TOOK MY 2016 SUBABRU TO NYE TOYOTA, I MET WITH ANDREW TROMBLEY AND HE LOOKED OVER THE LIST I HAD THAT NEEDED REPAIR, THEN CLAYTON GEASLIN SERVICE CAME OVER AND HAD A TECH TAKE A LOOK AT IT. THEY FOUND ANOTHER PROBLEM. THE NEXT DAY CLAYTON CALLED ME BACK AND SAID THAT MY WARRENTY WOULD COVER EVERYTHING ONCE ALL THE PARTS WERE IN THEY TOOK THE CAR IN. I CALLED FRIDAY NIGHT LATE TO C HOW IT WAS GOING SPOKE WITH HOLLY JOHNSON AND SHE WENT OUT TO TALK WITH THEM TO FIND OUT THAT IT WOULD B A FEW MORE DAYS, BUT SHE SURED ME THAT THE RENTAL WAS COVERED BY WARRENTY AND TO DRIVE IT FOR THE WEEKEND. I HAD TO STOP BY SAT. TO GET SOMETHING I FORGOT OUT OF THE CAR AND SHE HELPED ME OUT. NYE TOYOTA CAME THROUGH FOR ME, AND A BIG THANK YOU TO JACOB THE MAN WITH THE WRENCH! “I'll start by saying this place has the best customer service I've ever received from any company before!Rick went out of his way to make everything as smooth as possible. Engine arrived with damage, from shipping company being rough with it. It was not Rick's fault at all, but he took full responsibility. Paid to have the damage fixed (which wasn't cheap) just to keep me happy! Didn't make me wait for a claim from the shipping company or anything, just took matters in to his own hands.On the phone and email, he takes interest in to your project and doesn't make you feel like he just wants your money. “This was my first time coming here. I normally go to their competitors right up the road but I was referred to here by a friend. One thing I absolutely loved about this place is they have an online inventory so you don’t need to call in and it has the color of the vehicle and in some cases it says what kind of damage it has (front end etc). This really helps someone like me who lives 2 hours away in Albany who needs to make sure before I make the drive out there. They had what I needed and at a reasonable price. I also like that they had big 4 wheeled carts for you if you got a bunch of stuff. Staff was friendly. I guess my only complaint is that the cars sit directly on the ground. I know you can request they put them up on a rack but it makes taking off some simple things in the wheel well difficult when they are on the ground but that’s not too big of a deal. Other than that it’s a clean yard with a great selection of parts. Definitely adding this to my list of pull it places and it will be the first option if I need to go to a pull it yard from now on!”

The gentleman with black hair and beard helped me figure out what headlight I need and also let me know how to dispose of the old bulb. He was so nice and helpful and friendly! Both were always on top of it and helpful answering any questions I had, contacting rental companies on my behalf, working with my insurance when needed. The body work is amazing. My accident was pretty bad. I’d go back 100000000x over!!!”
