“I was out of town for work, over 2 hours from home, when my bsttery light came on. Luckily for me, I saw the advantage store ahead and pulled in hoping they could help me. Dan, at the counter was amazing. He got me a great deal on a battery and even installed it for me. I know nothing about cars, so I was truly appreciative for his professionalism and help. “I'll start by saying this place has the best customer service I've ever received from any company before!Rick went out of his way to make everything as smooth as possible. Engine arrived with damage, from shipping company being rough with it. It was not Rick's fault at all, but he took full responsibility. Paid to have the damage fixed (which wasn't cheap) just to keep me happy! Didn't make me wait for a claim from the shipping company or anything, just took matters in to his own hands.On the phone and email, he takes interest in to your project and doesn't make you feel like he just wants your money. He doesn't make you feel rushed to make a decision and get off the phone.I called a few places while looking for my engine, and Rick gave me the best price and made me feel good about my purchase with him! “I TOOK MY 2016 SUBABRU TO NYE TOYOTA, I MET WITH ANDREW TROMBLEY AND HE LOOKED OVER THE LIST I HAD THAT NEEDED REPAIR, THEN CLAYTON GEASLIN SERVICE CAME OVER AND HAD A TECH TAKE A LOOK AT IT. THEY FOUND ANOTHER PROBLEM. THE NEXT DAY CLAYTON CALLED ME BACK AND SAID THAT MY WARRENTY WOULD COVER EVERYTHING ONCE ALL THE PARTS WERE IN THEY TOOK THE CAR IN. I CALLED FRIDAY NIGHT LATE TO C HOW IT WAS GOING SPOKE WITH HOLLY JOHNSON AND SHE WENT OUT TO TALK WITH THEM TO FIND OUT THAT IT WOULD B A FEW MORE DAYS, BUT SHE SURED ME THAT THE RENTAL WAS COVERED BY WARRENTY AND TO DRIVE IT FOR THE WEEKEND. I HAD TO STOP BY SAT. TO GET SOMETHING I FORGOT OUT OF THE CAR AND SHE HELPED ME OUT. NYE TOYOTA CAME THROUGH FOR ME, AND A BIG THANK YOU TO JACOB THE MAN WITH THE WRENCH! “The best service of any auto parts store around. Nichole helped me with touch up paint for my new car. She went the extra mile and contacted a dealership to identify the exact color code, called another location to get the paint mixed and shipped for me to pick up the next day. All while making me laugh and treating me like we were old pals. I wish I got service like this every where I went.”

“This was my first time coming here. I normally go to their competitors right up the road but I was referred to here by a friend. One thing I absolutely loved about this place is they have an online inventory so you don’t need to call in and it has the color of the vehicle and in some cases it says what kind of damage it has (front end etc). This really helps someone like me who lives 2 hours away in Albany who needs to make sure before I make the drive out there. They had what I needed and at a reasonable price. I also like that they had big 4 wheeled carts for you if you got a bunch of stuff. Staff was friendly. I guess my only complaint is that the cars sit directly on the ground. I know you can request they put them up on a rack but it makes taking off some simple things in the wheel well difficult when they are on the ground but that’s not too big of a deal. Other than that it’s a clean yard with a great selection of parts. Definitely adding this to my list of pull it places and it will be the first option if I need to go to a pull it yard from now on!”
“An appointment was easy to make online to schedule replacement of a dead battery in my car. They took the car into the service bay 15 minutes ahead of time, and the installation was completed in 25 minutes versus the one hour estimated online. Personnel were efficient but not very friendly or welcoming, but the work was done correctly.”

“I Cannot say enough about Auto Body Excellence just a great place to have work done and to deal with. I did not have major damage to my truck but I called and Sarah answered my call. She was very easy to deal with and very knowledgeable. She set up a time that day for an estimate appointment. Someone hit my truck when I wasn't in it and dealing with the other person's insurance was not the best but Sarah made it much easier to say the least.
Mike and his team in the shop are amazing at what they to the vehicles. I had heard great things about Mike and the shop over the years and I couldn't be happier with the work they did to my truck.
When I picked the truck up Mike had it detailed inside and out the trucked fantastic. Mike and Sarah went through what they had done and the parts they replaced and had them right there so i could see what was what.
All in all the name of this Business says it all
