“So i opened up my first bank account with citizens and been with them for a long time. i had a issue with a random weird transaction and it was very confusing to deal with. I got fed up with talking to agents on the phone and came into this branch and spoke with Jennifer R. Let me tell you, if you need ANYYYYTHING shes your girl to go to!!! She listened to me, heard me, did her very best, used all her resources and got the job done. it took a few days to resolve the issue but she made sure i left satisfied and she was kind and patient throughout the whole process . i really cant thank her enough. i promise you if you go to her you wont be disappointed.”

“My family and I have been banking here since my parents moved to Buffalo before I was born. I went to Citizens for one year and immediately regretted it. For a college kid with a checking and savings account, you can't beat the service nor customer service. I have a hassle free checking account and a basic savings account. No charges unless my savings dips below 300 bucks. Best part of KeyBank are the tellers and managers. Big shout out to Frank Pieri, Lauren Zima, Andrew, Susanna, Judy, and Lisa. They always remember me and greet me like family. Only bummer about Keybank is that sometimes the ATMs are glitchy and don't accept my checks. I've found out the way to beat this is by ending the transaction and doing it a few more times. Usually that works. All in all, love love love my bank.”
