“Let me start off by saying this is the place to go to fix your devices had a very positive experience here i first went to Apple Store at the mall and the gentleman I had was fast talking kept cutting me off and claimed my labtop had water damage when I just needed a battery so I went to Mac Solution the customer service was really helpful here they were very honest very helpful very trustworthy the worker I had was named Cheryl they were very up front and when they looked at my laptop there was no water damage and they told me what my Apple+
Covered they even often to fix my motherboard that I didn’t know could be replaced under my warranty they also ordered the parts for me and said they wouldn’t need to ship it when the actual Apple Store told me they would need to ship it out if there was more than one thing wrong with Never again will I directly go to the Apple Store and I am instead of coming here to Mac plus solution I am very satisfied with the customer service. I am very satisfied with the truthfulness, the communication, the understanding the polite approach I am beyond happy that they are able to fix my laptop and tell me things that I didn’t even know about my Insurance Very happy very satisfied 10 out of 10 come here to get your devices fixed. Do not directly go to the Apple Store at the galleria mall. Mac solution plus Is the store that I will be going to get all of my devices fixed?
