“So I ordered a phone online doing an upgrade and let me just say it became a nightmare! After going back and forth with the corporate office and Verizon customer service who did absolutely nothing to help I showed up at this store and let me tell you it was the best move I made! Ashley was amazing!! She went above and beyond what I ever thought anyone would do! Not only did she go above and beyond her 2 other coworkers also got involved helping, Kennedy the manager and Dimetri. It took 5 days to get things sorted out and though it felt long and draining they never gave up on helping me when they could have! Don’t upgrade online!! Save yourself the nightmare and go right over to this store and have them help you because they are all amazing people there!! Thank you so much for your hard work the 3 of you did for getting me out of the mess I got myself into! I think you are all so kind and caring, but Ashley you’re my hero!! Thanks again!!!!”
“Went to metro yesterday to switch my service from tmobile to metro and it was such a pleasant experience. The employee working was so helpful and made in super easy to switch. Explained everything in a way that was very understandable. I thought it was gonna take forever but he got me all switched in under a half hour. Highly recommended going here cause not only is the service great but the price of the plan was incredibly cheaper than my plan with tmobile that I had for 15 years. 10/10 would recommend to all of my family and friends. He thoroughly answered all my questions and found the best plan for my needs.
He also helped walk me through bundling options, which was helpful since I didn’t know I could manage my YouTube Premium account through Verizon.
I also appreciated his follow-up the next day to help me with merging my Fios and Wireless accounts.

“I bought a phone from Amazon for my son and it ended up suspending his phone number on my account. I couldn't get it fixed at home, the phone wasn't compatible with cricket, which wasn't really an issue just bought a new one at the store. Well, Andrew took care of me today to fix my problem and it took around 2 hours. (no fault of his own) He refused to give up even though crickets service chat kept goofing it up, he was so patient. It's so refreshing from the last store manager they had in this store. He was absolutely determined to fix my issue without changing the number on the account. The only thing I wish that would change is the company giving their associates at the store level, the access to fix these types of issues, without having to contact someone half way around the world who may or may not know what they're doing. It was upsetting to watch what he had to endure just to fix my son's service. Andrew really was wonderful to work with. I no longer dread having to come into the store. If you have cricket or are thinking of switching to them I really recommend going and seeing Andrew at this location and if you can see this thank you again Andrew for all your help today!”

“I have been trying to find an IPHONE for the past 3 weeks to no avail until I called the cricket store on Eggert road in North Tonawanda and spoke to Remy on the phone. Who then informed me that she had the phone I was looking for, so I came to the store and bought a new phone. “After being locked out of my AT&T business account for nearly a month, this was the first AT&T store where someone genuinely listened and tried to help.
Jeremy Matties took the time to understand my account protection and MFA issues instead of simply directing me to another support number. He involved his manager, Christian Cruz, documented the problem, and escalated it through the proper channels.
They didn’t solve the issue during my visit, but they treated me with respect and were the first AT&T employees who actively advocated for a solution. If you have a complicated account issue, I highly recommend this store.”
