“Brandon who works here is the absolute best! I went in after dropping my phone in the lake, he tried to help fix it and spent a lot of time trying to get my old phone to pull up info for the transfer to the new one. He dealt with all my insane questions and even stayed late after the store was supposed to close on a holiday to get my services going. He did not rush and even helped me set up certain options on the new phone, that I asked for help with.”
“My mom and I are long-time customers of Verizon, and while we had been considering switching carriers to explore better deals, our experience at the Lockport store made that decision easy.
We stopped in to speak with Kenedi, whom my mom had connected with previously. Although Kenedi was assisting another customer, Shaina greeted us right away with genuine enthusiasm. When we mentioned we were there to see Kenedi, she didn’t just acknowledge us and move on, she took the time to ask if we’d prefer to wait in the store or come back later, and even offered to help us herself in the meantime. That level of attentiveness and professionalism immediately stood out.
We decided to run a few errands and return later, and when we did, Kenedi was able to assist us. My mom tends to ask a lot of questions and is naturally cautious when it comes to sales discussions, but Kenedi handled everything with patience, clarity, and honesty. She answered every question thoroughly and reassured us that there would be no surprises or discrepancies when it came to billing. That transparency made a huge difference.
In the end, we never felt the need to visit another carrier. The offer we received was more than reasonable, and the value of excellent customer service combined with truly knowledgeable associates simply can’t be overstated.
I would also be remiss not to highlight Shaina again. During our time in the store, she assisted several customers, some of whom were clearly challenging or even disrespectful in my opinion. Despite that, she remained calm, professional, patient, and consistently kind, all while maintaining a positive attitude. To call her gracious would honestly be an understatement.

“Went to metro yesterday to switch my service from tmobile to metro and it was such a pleasant experience. The employee working was so helpful and made in super easy to switch. Explained everything in a way that was very understandable. I thought it was gonna take forever but he got me all switched in under a half hour. Highly recommended going here cause not only is the service great but the price of the plan was incredibly cheaper than my plan with tmobile that I had for 15 years. 10/10 would recommend to all of my family and friends. “I bought a phone from Amazon for my son and it ended up suspending his phone number on my account. I couldn't get it fixed at home, the phone wasn't compatible with cricket, which wasn't really an issue just bought a new one at the store. Well, Andrew took care of me today to fix my problem and it took around 2 hours. (no fault of his own) He refused to give up even though crickets service chat kept goofing it up, he was so patient. It's so refreshing from the last store manager they had in this store. He was absolutely determined to fix my issue without changing the number on the account. The only thing I wish that would change is the company giving their associates at the store level, the access to fix these types of issues, without having to contact someone half way around the world who may or may not know what they're doing. It was upsetting to watch what he had to endure just to fix my son's service. Andrew really was wonderful to work with. I no longer dread having to come into the store. If you have cricket or are thinking of switching to them I really recommend going and seeing Andrew at this location and if you can see this thank you again Andrew for all your help today!”

“I’ve been in sales for awhile, so when I met Brian I was set on one thing! Just as any good sales men should have his communication was 10/10!!! I walked out spending 400$ but that’s 200$ less then I was willing to bargain on at best buy, and he hooked me up with slowing future benefits!! Communication is key I could care less about $$$ in the beginning if I’m in a store it’s because I know i have to be and set the funds aside to be! While keeping in interests I didn’t want to spend over 300 but was willing to go go up to 500 he walked be out the door at 354 and set me up for the next 6 months to make sure I have smooth sailing!!!
As a previous phone sales rep I could honestly say I wouldn’t have been able to do half the savings this man got me! Storngky recommended ask for Brian!!!! 2 hours flew by and I didn’t even realize it, time was not of the essence for him! The communication stayed strong, nor did I feel rushed!!! That’s the key!”
