“This by far is the best place to take your phone. I broke my brand new iPhone, 15 Pro Max every other place I called told me $700 plus 100$ installation fee!!! I do have insurance however the inconvenience of having to wait a week going thru T-Mobile and was not an option for me not to mention monthly payments for insurance, and having to pay a high deductible, absolute waste of money, and a joke …. Cameron is the best!!!!! they’re very honest upfront and that goes along way especially when it comes to spending your hard earned money when you google places that fix phones and this pops up, just know that this is the only place you need to go to. They’re Professional efficient and worked very quickly in my phone was fixed within 30 minutes !!! Don’t go anywhere else Trust me, they are the only ones that will be fixing my phone from now on”

“Went to metro yesterday to switch my service from tmobile to metro and it was such a pleasant experience. The employee working was so helpful and made in super easy to switch. Explained everything in a way that was very understandable. I thought it was gonna take forever but he got me all switched in under a half hour. Highly recommended going here cause not only is the service great but the price of the plan was incredibly cheaper than my plan with tmobile that I had for 15 years. 10/10 would recommend to all of my family and friends. My phone was stolen and then recovered with a shattered screen and other minor damages. Greg helped me out very well and I would recommend this location. In my hometown our Verizon isn't the best so I didn't have great expectations. Definitely would recommend this location and Greg!”

“Amazing experience with Brooke C. I was traveling on the road for the Christmas holiday and had an issue with transferring a phone line. I was unable to get the problem resolved over the phone so I decided to stop in to a store along my route. From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted promptly with a smile and Brooke patiently listened to my situation. We sat down and she proceeded to both make some phone calls and work online to resolve the problem for me. I cannot be happier with the fact she addressed the problem and resolved it! My experience today is that most people would rather pass the problem down the line and not take accountability. Brooke on that busy Christmas shopping Saturday was certainly the exception. “On 4-17-23 I stopped by this Verizon location to inquire about a screen replacement on my phone. The Asurion Expert person arrived later in the evening and surprisingly brought a brand new device to my home. He was friendly but definitely not helpful, and told me that that I needed to go to Verizon since he had two failed attempts with dialing out with the new device. This resulted with me having two separate devices with neither one of them working. It's necessary for me to have a device to clock in and out with my job.I went to Verizon the next day and Dan was perplexed about my issue. He figured out the issue and apologized for the previous person's actions. I told him that it wasn't his fault. I recommend this Verizon location for favorable assistance.”

“I will give 5 stars for Brandon. Everytime he's taken care of my phone issues, he was very professional. I've been in this location several times and have interacted with several agents. My visit before this last one made me consider moving to a different vendor. Rude and short tempered agents ignoring concerns I and other customers had. A female agent more interested in ordering her lunch than helping the line of customers in the store that day. Another question is why is there NO designated Handicapped Parking? There are 2 1/2 parking spots in the front and several behind the store, that are INCONVENIENT to those of us who have mobility problems. Give us one of those spots please.”
