Nothing but absolute professionalism from the phone call asking initial probing questions, to how I was treated in store. Tony not only helped me find exactly what I was looking for, it was by far the fastest and most efficient effort I have seen compared to other cell phone companies. He even assisted me in getting a transfer PIN from Cricket and he did it in just under a minute.If you're looking for solid service and a smooth activation with professionalism, I cannot recommend him enough. 5 Stars are honestly not enough. “This by far is the best place to take your phone. I broke my brand new iPhone, 15 Pro Max every other place I called told me $700 plus 100$ installation fee!!! I do have insurance however the inconvenience of having to wait a week going thru T-Mobile and was not an option for me not to mention monthly payments for insurance, and having to pay a high deductible, absolute waste of money, and a joke …. Cameron is the best!!!!! they’re very honest upfront and that goes along way especially when it comes to spending your hard earned money when you google places that fix phones and this pops up, just know that this is the only place you need to go to. They’re Professional efficient and worked very quickly in my phone was fixed within 30 minutes !!! Don’t go anywhere else Trust me, they are the only ones that will be fixing my phone from now on”

“Went to metro yesterday to switch my service from tmobile to metro and it was such a pleasant experience. The employee working was so helpful and made in super easy to switch. Explained everything in a way that was very understandable. I thought it was gonna take forever but he got me all switched in under a half hour. Highly recommended going here cause not only is the service great but the price of the plan was incredibly cheaper than my plan with tmobile that I had for 15 years. 10/10 would recommend to all of my family and friends. Every part of the online/over the phone ordering and customer service has been absolutely horrendous and I will never use them again. In a handful of minutes, Doug managed to resolve my problem that your call center "experts" couldn't figure out in a week and a half. Give that man a raise, and get more call centers in the U.S.”

With my bank statement in hand, Jacob spent an hour and a half on the phone trying to convince HQ that the double-charge was showing only on my statement. He did not push me off, and I thank him and the entire team, for their diligence and effort.”
