“So I ordered a phone online doing an upgrade and let me just say it became a nightmare! After going back and forth with the corporate office and Verizon customer service who did absolutely nothing to help I showed up at this store and let me tell you it was the best move I made! Ashley was amazing!! She went above and beyond what I ever thought anyone would do! Not only did she go above and beyond her 2 other coworkers also got involved helping, Kennedy the manager and Dimetri. It took 5 days to get things sorted out and though it felt long and draining they never gave up on helping me when they could have! Don’t upgrade online!! Save yourself the nightmare and go right over to this store and have them help you because they are all amazing people there!! “Went to metro yesterday to switch my service from tmobile to metro and it was such a pleasant experience. The employee working was so helpful and made in super easy to switch. Explained everything in a way that was very understandable. I thought it was gonna take forever but he got me all switched in under a half hour. Highly recommended going here cause not only is the service great but the price of the plan was incredibly cheaper than my plan with tmobile that I had for 15 years. 10/10 would recommend to all of my family and friends. My sales rep Bonnett made switching over to Verizon Wireless seamless by providing tailored, professional, and efficient service, as well as patiently resolving any technical issues along the way. He thoroughly answered all my questions and found the best plan for my needs.
He also helped walk me through bundling options, which was helpful since I didn’t know I could manage my YouTube Premium account through Verizon.
I also appreciated his follow-up the next day to help me with merging my Fios and Wireless accounts.

They don't talk down to you as if you're not as technically savvy, not at all. It's the opposite, they explain matters in an easy to understand way.
Plus the 'wait-time', even when busy, less than a couple of minutes if that. And the location is within a short drive for nearly all, less than a mile away from the I90 Walden Ave exits.

“Had the hdmi port on my PS5 repaired here. The damage to the hdmi ended up being worse than we thought, and took and extra day and effort to repair. He still only charged me the original price that was quoted when I brought it in. He could’ve added on to the price but he didn’t. I dropped my ps5 off on Friday evening and it was ready Monday morning. If you need an electronic repair, this is you guy!”

“I bought a phone from Amazon for my son and it ended up suspending his phone number on my account. I couldn't get it fixed at home, the phone wasn't compatible with cricket, which wasn't really an issue just bought a new one at the store. Well, Andrew took care of me today to fix my problem and it took around 2 hours. (no fault of his own) He refused to give up even though crickets service chat kept goofing it up, he was so patient. It's so refreshing from the last store manager they had in this store. He was absolutely determined to fix my issue without changing the number on the account. The only thing I wish that would change is the company giving their associates at the store level, the access to fix these types of issues, without having to contact someone half way around the world who may or may not know what they're doing. It was upsetting to watch what he had to endure just to fix my son's service. Andrew really was wonderful to work with. I no longer dread having to come into the store. If you have cricket or are thinking of switching to them I really recommend going and seeing Andrew at this location and if you can see this thank you again Andrew for all your help today!”

My daughter was having a catastrophic iPhone issue where Apple had to rebuild her phone. With my daughter being on her grandmother’s account, not knowing the pin we had to really get creative and think out of the box to get it resolved in a timely manner. Amanda was outstanding! “I am NOT a fan of change and was absolutely dreading getting a new phone but had to because mine was so old certain apps weren't even working anymore. Lindsey D was the only thing that made this entire ordeal even tolerable. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helped me through dozens of silly questions, got me an awesome deal on a phone that is just the new version of my old one so I still felt comfortable about the transition, and just made the whole thing as easy as possible.
