Heather was awesome! She looked up the issue and fixed it within minutes! May she continue to work there and forever make things easier for us ❤️”

I’m still owed $ but can’t stay on phone getting bounced back and forth, I need for my refund to be refunded as fast as they took off my debit card when it was said they didn’t take debit card only credit cards. I see that was a lie bcuz it was done to me. I only ask for a company to be honest when doing business with me. Ty”

Steve and team organized a tow to cross back into the US and had 4 of their staff meet us on a Sunday at the building to personally help load our stuff from the old truck to the new one. That type of quick pivoting and help was greatly appreciated and I would recommend the team there without a doubt.”

“Needed a van to return a mattress to Sam's club. We were able to get into a van right a way. Needed it for 4 hours . Yes too people trying to move a mattress took 4 hours. But the experience was amazing. Van drove great, did the job we needed.”
“Had hitch installed last year. Smashed up a bunch of wires on my utility trailer because they were not fastened and got stuck between car jack and the driveway. Completely my fault.This caused a blown inline fuse, and also later we found out it shorted out my brake controller. Elaine had it all fixed, and brake controller replaced, free of charge- even though it had been due to my error.If you have an issue, they take care of it, no questions asked.”
