“We have a two-year-old and a three-year-old, and we have always had a great experience with this place. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and we've always walked away (no pun intended) with shoes that were the right fit. Today we went in for new sneakers, and my son admired the rainbow pair that my daughter was trying on. Sure enough, when it was his turn to pick shoes, the gentleman who helped us brought out a rainbow pair for him, and made a point to celebrate my son's love of bright colors instead of trying to sway him to a traditional "boy" shoe. We had an amazing conversation about the beauty of letting kids be their authentic selves, and I wish all kids' retailers (and society in general) were exactly like this place.”

“First of all, Ratcha Lynn is an amazing and genuine person. She is very generous with her time and knowledge. We had a wonderful conversation on many things. I bought a pair of Birkenstocks from her that I had been looking at online for over a year! I just couldn't buy them..not sure of size and appearance and no one to talk to!
