“I had a great solo getaway this past weekend here. I have been once before a few years ago and the whole experience does not disappoint again! The room was lovely (I stayed in #18 this time). Gorgeous bath tub, perfect private accommodation and entrance. The property is beautiful to spend time on. Access to nature and a river. Plenty to do within driving distance. The breakfasts are SO delicious and plenty of gluten free options. The family that owns the place is very kind. Will return!”

“I recently stopped there for a couple of days to surprise my children and grandchildren who have been staying there for a week. I took my own children many, many times years ago when they were young the same time each year. It's a family-owned business that's been there for 40 to 50 years. There are activities for the for the kids to keep busy. I find it very wonderful for young families. They offer three meals a day, which is included in your stay. You can eat, get up, and be on your way. The rooms are simple. It's almost like a dirty dancing type atmosphere, simple low key on a beautiful piece of property.”

“I’ve been coming to baumanns for basically my entire life. Words cannot describe the memories this place has given me. If you’re looking for a fun time this is definitely it. The catskills are breath taking and baumanns provides so many activity to do each day! Can’t forget about the three delicious meals that baumanns also provides, and that’s not including the late night snacks! Wether your swimming in the large pool, fishing in the gorgeous pond, or participating in a cornhole or ping pong tournament your never bored. Every year I feel that I grow closer to my family here and I love meeting new family’s that also go to baumanns. The staff is more than kind and Rosemary and her family put in so much effort, it doesn’t go unnoticed. I love this place so much I wrote my college essay on it! Anyways go to baumanns you will not regret! ”

“Our new favorite place to stay in the Catskills! As soon as we arrived we felt so welcomed and relaxed…Check-in was smooth and the lobby’s a cozy space for cocktails or a card game. The rooms (we had a king room) are a perfectly styled mix of vintage and modern, they’re clean, comfy and equipped with everything we needed for a long weekend away! Our friends booked “the suite” so we got to enjoy that space too. We loved it so much we had Woodhouse Pizza deliver our dinner to the suite one night and had our own private dinner party (def staying in the suite next visit-it’s gorgeous!)We ate almost the entire menu and plenty of Italian margaritas…Everything was house-made, sooo good and fresh! They also offer a simple breakfast menu (the BEST french press coffee and scone ever!) delivered to your room or anywhere on the property if you prefer to eat outside.This place has it all for a wonderful upstate getaway…great location close enough to shopping, arts, stunning drives/views but also a very peaceful and quiet property. The staff was friendly and attentive, the indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful, the food is delicious and the vibes are chill! We will def be back soon!”

“My friend and I went away for this past long July 4th weekend. Upon arrival we weren't quite satisfied with our mountain view room, we informed the staff and they really handled it with utmost customer satisfaction!, Joe at the front desk, was very professional and went above and beyond to cater to our satisfaction, Kat the manager, friendly and professional. We also met Andrey in charge of bikes, he was so engaging with guests, left a good impression. Also Ry at the front desk, very pleasant, helpful with events corresponding thru email and in person. Great staff overall, great hotel, surrounded by mountains, lots of activities on site, saunas, pool, scenic hike near by. We loved our time and might come back for the Fall foliage time!
