Even though this rental company is off lot and you need a shuttle to get to the car - the customer service people are pleasant - helpful and the car was good - The return was very easy and the shuttle driver was very helpful. I will rent again Susan N CA

Come here all the time, usually there’s a wait at pick-up but this last time there was no wait and it was very quick. Drop off with Sam was great and smooth and fast
