“Enterprise makes the rental experience smooth. Shuttle from lga was simple, arrived at rental facility within a few minutes. The staff member greeted us, we had a huge amount of luggage, she offered to go get the van and bring it to where all our luggage was. She helped me fold down all the seats in the mini van, which was extremely helpful because I have trouble getting the seats folded into the floor. The gentleman at checkout was knowledgeable and helpful. Upon returning van, greeted by a friendly staff member and shuttle driver was knowledgeable and got me to terminal within a few minutes. Every staff member encountered was knowledgeable and polite. The experience was smooth which is so helpful when it’s your first time travel to the area.”

“Dropped a car off here this week, and it was such a wonderful experience.
I needed to rent a car and dropped it off here to get to the airport afterwards. The gentleman that checked the vehicle back in was professional and extremely helpful, as was Hugo who drove the shuttle to the airport terminal.
They really made a very busy day so pleasant for me!
