About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental offers a mixed experience based on customer reviews. Many customers appreciate the competitive rates and the convenience of picking up and returning vehicles, especially at locations like La Guardia airport where the process can be quick. Some have reported minimal wait times, efficient service, and friendly staff, particularly highlighting the outstanding customer service provided by specific representatives.
However, there are notable concerns about customer service consistency. Some customers experienced slow processing times and a lack of clear communication regarding credit card holds, leading to frustration. Long lines and understaffing during peak times have also been mentioned, which can add to the inconvenience. Despite these setbacks, some customers found that certain staff members went above and beyond to provide helpful and kind service, making their rental experience more pleasant.
Overall, while Budget Car Rental is recognized for its affordability and some excellent staff, the variability in service quality and the potential for delays are factors for potential renters to consider.

Shuttle is super quick from the Airport. George got us to the parking lot fast and easy. Had to pick up the car a bit earlier than expected and again things went smooth to get our reservation updated to earlier times. Overall couldn’t complain about a thing. 5 people ahead of us in line took maybe 15-20 minutes.
