I recently had an issue with a BMW dealer in Westchester and decided to call them and see if they can assist. they went over and beyond to get everything addressed quickly both times. “I'd been looking for a local shop to take my car for a while, but with the sheer number it was difficult to decide until I came across Salerno. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful, which makes a huge difference for me. I also did not feel like they assumed I know nothing about cars (which is often the case as a woman until I start talking about what I DO know). They were very quick to look at what was needed, gather the parts, and the next day get the car done same-day. I find the prices to be very reasonable, especially compared to what the dealer quoted me for the same exact repair. Salerno was also way more thorough than the dealer on looking at what I pinpointed as concerns, and fixed exactly what I suspected was the issue. I'll note that I pointed out the same exact issue to the dealer, and it was absolutely overlooked. Definitely will be taking my car to Salerno for all future repairs!
Edit to add: When I first came in, I had my dog with me, and everyone loved him - he even got his weight in treats from the guys!”

Update:
Pick up was just as smooth. Received the vehicle with exterior and interior in very clean condition, and at full charge (guilty of bringing it dirty and very low charge). Damage is completely repaired.”

Our car was damaged from tree limbs during a recent snowstorm. My wife took the car in based on a recommendation from Geico. Al and Stef took care of her, took the car, gave it an accurate estimate of work necessary and walked us through the process.
Dealing with any insurance is rarely pleasant but I can't speak highly enough of Al and the Fiero team. Their honesty, even when it may result in less repair work and money for them, was refreshing and welcome in a trying time. They listened to our needs and gave sound professional advice along the way and were available if we had more questions.
The work we had them do was excellent, and priced fairly. If we decide to get more done, I know who'll be the first shop to call.”

Woody, the service department manager(?) deserves the biggest shout out. It was a very busy day compounded by significant roadwork surrounding the dealership, which I’m sure was adding to wait times. I was initially told a much shorter duration of time than I ended up being there. However, I could tell everyone was doing their best to move things along and all staff were frequently checking on waiting customers. Because of the prolonged wait time, Woody went out of his way to accommodate me in ways he did not have to and were most certainly not expected of him. They’ve earned any future business from me and I’m extremely grateful.”
