“Friendly and competent automotive body shop that's walkable to busses and the subway. North Shore was on the Allstate list of approved shops, which made it easy for a direct bill to the insurance company of the car that backed into me. The process was easy and the staff even offered to handle my Enterprise rental car return. The repair took a bit longer than expected, but I was in and out within a week. Dropoff and pickup can be hairy on a busy street congested with double parked cars, but the North Shore team has experience jockeying cars around. I am a happy customer and the car looks great.”

“This is my second time using crown auto. The first time was for an oil change and gear oil change. If you want quality product and service, please take your car here. The shop knows what they're doing. The second time was for a tire and wheel install. I ordered the tires from them as well. They will match online prices so please check them out! I will definitely taking my car back for more service in the future.”
“I came to New Kim’s Auto Center with a broken side mirror that was unfortunately hit while my car was parked. I brought the car over, they gave me an estimate at a great price, and even gave me a tip on where I could source a mirror if I wanted to find one on my own, and they could install it for me.
I took their advice and got a side mirror, brought it back to the shop and they installed it for me in less than 5 minutes for a fantastic price.
This shop is fast, efficient, and most importantly HONEST! If I ever need any repairs again I would definitely bring it here without hesitation, and I recommend anyone reading this to do the same.”

“J is the best! So so so honest. He respects customers by never trying to waster their money, and doing very good work for amazing prices. I have been a customer for over a decade. Having J work on all 5 of my cars in that time. A Mercedes dealer wanted $900 to just simply inspect my Mercedes, but J was able to find and fix the issues, and helped with 2 other issues, all for less than the inspection fee at Mercedes. They are always busy because he must have a great reputation. And their body work is exceptional. It is like magic, huge collision, and then the car look like new. So thankful I found J.”

I had a nail in my tire and he fixed it sooo quickly for only $20. The whole thing took about 5 minutes! He removed the nail, patched the tire, put it back on my car, and I was on my way in under 10 minutes.
Jaspal was incredibly sweet, professional, and funny the entire time. He was making jokes while working and was such a personable guy. It’s rare to find someone that fast, honest, and friendly.
