“Friendly and competent automotive body shop that's walkable to busses and the subway. North Shore was on the Allstate list of approved shops, which made it easy for a direct bill to the insurance company of the car that backed into me. The process was easy and the staff even offered to handle my Enterprise rental car return. The repair took a bit longer than expected, but I was in and out within a week. Dropoff and pickup can be hairy on a busy street congested with double parked cars, but the North Shore team has experience jockeying cars around. I am a happy customer and the car looks great.”

“This is my second time using crown auto. The first time was for an oil change and gear oil change. If you want quality product and service, please take your car here. The shop knows what they're doing. The second time was for a tire and wheel install. I ordered the tires from them as well. They will match online prices so please check them out! I will definitely taking my car back for more service in the future.”

“Saw the owner on a news-special on YouTube, & I will say, I LOVE her & her company's philosophy on car service! I came here to get my AWD fluid changed out, & it did NOT cost the $400 the dealer was charging me... will definitely be coming here for all of my future auto repairs & check-ups going forward....(just wish I had brought my car here when it got stolen, rather than a dealership)....”

“I was referred here by a good friend of mine, and was not disappointed. I dealt with Anthony. I needed the passenger side rocker panel repaired on my car before the lease expires. Anthony explained what may or may not have to be done, answered any questions I had. Pick up was fast and easy. They take cash or check, but it's better to pay with cash. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family. Thank you so much Anthony and Leo Brothers Collison!”

“New Kim’s Auto Center Inc exceeded my expectations with the work they recently completed on my truck. Sam and his team were extremely professional, highly knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire process. They finished the work on schedule, and delivered top-notch quality at a fair price. It’s hard to find a body shop you can truly trust, but they have definitely earned my business for life. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality and reliable body shop!”

“Was referred here through an auto insurance claim and I had a great experience with Kay Jay's Collision shop. Rob was professional, friendly, and his team did outstanding work on my vehicle. The damaged area looks completely new. I can't even tell where the paint was scuffed or scratched before. The color match is perfect, and the repair quality exceeded my expectations. It's clear they take pride in their craftsmanship and attention to detail. I recommend them to anyone needing collision or paint repair work.”

“Dropped off my car Wednesday with heavy rear collision damage (tailgate, bumper, door), and picked it up Saturday looking factory new - it was like magic! They replaced the bumper and tailgate, fixed the door dent, and the owner even touched up my side mirror scuffs for free. We agreed on a lower cash rate and he stuck to his word 100%. Don’t confuse his direct, straight-to-the-point style for rudeness - he’s just efficient and gets straight to work. Unbeatable price (cash only), insanely fast turnaround, and top-tier workmanship. 多謝! Highly recommend.”

“A huge shoutout to Wayne, from Autobody by Wayne, for fixing the body damage on my car. I bought my car to his shop on Monday and got it back this afternoon! I’m amazed how fast, talented, kind and personable Wayne is! The process of getting my car fixed went smoothly and he explained every detail on how he would fix it. This was the best experience I had dealing with a autobody shop and if I ever have anybody damage on my car in the future, he will be the only guy I go to! He’s very reasonable with his prices and he wouldn’t screw ya over neither! He even installed aftermarket hub caps for me I bought off Amazon, and didn’t wanna charge extra(I gave him a $20 anyway) Thanks again Wayne! I’m a very happy customer! 🙏🏻”

“Two great healings happened to me in this last year or so. One, I got my torn shoulder rotator cuff repaired, and two, the dual Strombergs in my TR250 are finally working right. I thank Dr. C. Brusalis at the Hospital for Special Surgery, and I thank Dr. J. Curto at his amazing hospital for special surgery.”

“Had a couple of nicks on my car and didn’t want to get a generic touch up or buy from a sketchy amazon seller. Came here and they were able to match the paint the color using the code on the car and mix up the match. It did come a little pricey at $22 for 2 Oz, but it is worth it for the perfect match! Highly recommend”

The pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received, and the pair was done neatly with great attention to detail. The scratches are completely gone and the paint match looks good. “A friend recommended this shop, and I’m completely satisfied with the service. They pay attention to every detail and truly go above and beyond. A lot of body shops give your car back with the paper protection covers still inside, but this place went the extra mile. They cleaned my interior better than I ever have! Excellent work, great attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!”

“5 stars to Jaspal!! I had a nail in my tire and he fixed it sooo quickly for only $20. The whole thing took about 5 minutes! He removed the nail, patched the tire, put it back on my car, and I was on my way in under 10 minutes. Jaspal was incredibly sweet, professional, and funny the entire time. He was making jokes while working and was such a personable guy. It’s rare to find someone that fast, honest, and friendly. I highly, highly recommend them if you need a quick and affordable tire repair.”

“I was in a pinch needed parts most places don’t stock. IHATE the chain auto part store near me. Did I mention. I HATE the chain auto part store near me? Any way I called and was given the price and told I can have part same day within 2 hours. How can you beat that? The other places either don’t have it or had to order it and I’m looking at 3 days before I have it. The place isn’t a store type environment but more of a busy warehouse. The workers are prompt and courteous. The prices are average to a bit lower then most and when you factor in same day as opposed to 3 day wait it makes it a giant win. I never knew this place was here and now I will only shop hereAnd you should too”
