The customer service from the moment you walk in the door is amazing. John was the gentleman I dealt with and he was great. Explained the process to me and got me a ride to the car rental agency. When I went to pick up the car upon completion, I was extremely happy with the quality of the work that the team did on my car. Couple great results with the fact that they are a GEICO authorized shop made all the paperwork easy. I can say this enough. If you need repair work done on your car, use Federal. “When I bought my Scion tC 2015, really wanted to clean and undercoat the bottom of the vehicle for rust protection. Could not find a place in Queens that would perform this task, other than Crown Auto. It has been a couple of months and still holding on strong. As they advised me, will need to revisit them next year for a re-spray underneath as the protection requires yearly or bi-yearly maintenance. Please keep in mind if you are looking for sanding away rust, unfortunately that is not offered here, it seems that kind of work is done out of NY State. Can't wait to shop for some new rims and get them installed by Crown Auto too.”

“I like to start off this by letting all viewers know that I am not at all car savvy.I went to AutoZone to replace my front headlight, change my battery for my key, and also inquire about a bike rack.Upon arrival I was told that AutoZone does not change the lights, nor do they change the battery for keys. I then asked if they carried the lightbublb that I needed. They gave me the incorrect bulb number.Another associate by the name of Luciano stepped in to help and offered to change my light for me.Right before I left, I asked again about the battery and Luciano was quick to help me again.Luciano has single handedly made this entire experience better.I'm not sure if Luciano is a manager or not, but with service and attention to detail like he has shown, is definitely worthy of the conversation at the very least!”
