Jay was very kind and they were able to find the issue and better yet, went above and beyond to find out the issue was covered by warranty! So instead of charge me to do the repair he recommended bringing it to a Honda dealership to repair. I really appreciated the honesty and integrity and I will come back again.”

So, having a reliable, good mechanic has always been important to me. Sammy is the owner (think he started in mid 90’s). I’m happy he was there to get me through the final two decades of my career. He’s really is the best mechanic I’ve ever met and he freely shares the whole picture of what it’ll take to get your vehicle safe. Not only is he a good mechanic but he’s a wonderful person as well. I’ve recommended him to other drivers as well as a few friends …. And I hear the same complementary comments from them. It’s a four bay shop. The mechanic was very personable and took 20 minutes after I went there to open up the car to show me each of the things that needed fixed. He was extremely professional and explained everything really well and kept providing photos of updates as the repair was going on. The prices he quoted were much lower than the Honda service center and the fixes he recommended were reasonable rather than just trying to extract more money. “I had a lovely experience at this establishment. I was driving from New England, on my way to NJ, when one of my tires blew out an exit away from Master Mechanix. It was late and dark out when it happened, I was unaware for a few miles how bad my tire was. After the loud noise and all the lights on my dash became aglow, I knew I had to pull over immediately. I camped out in the parking lot until they opened at 8am, nearly 6 hours after I'd arrived. Got started on work and everything (I'm 100% remote). Master Mechanix and the tire shop next door worked seamlessly to get me on my way, with 4 new tires in less than 4 hours, and they came in with a fair price. Every employee I dealt with was polite and informative. I am very pleased with the service I received, and would definitely recommend Master Mechanix Inc.”

“I went in as a walk -in to have my car inspected and have it checked out before a long drive. My car was making a funny noise and I was a little worried what it might be and how much it would cost. I went in as a woman by myself. They had me in and out quickly and only charged me for an inspection. They explained the noise and what they did to fix it. Everyone was so respectful. Talking to the owner while I waited was a pure delight (he’s so kind and very funny) . This is my trusted place now to always bring my car!”

“Overall, I’m happy with the quality of the shop, they painted & blended the hood of the car to match almost perfectly. Vehicle took a little over a month to finish (not on them, many parts are on back order.I have OCD so I notice everything. unfortunately when I picked it up the window panel in the driver side was heavily scratched :(. Also the bottom part of the front bumper had a scuff. Neither of these parts had any defects before I dropped it off. Car had 789 miles at the time of drop off.I should’ve done a more thorough check upon pick up, I was just too excited to finally have it back after more than a month of waiting. The hood had a very small spot with no paint on it and I pointed it out to Richie. He proceeded to add some touch up paint which was better than before, however this should’ve never been the case since the hood was just painted over).Overall I’m happy with the work done here, I might be nitpicking since those scratches bother me (most people wouldn’t notice or care). This is why I’m giving them 4 stars, like I said previously I’m happy with the overall work and customer service was top notch.”

“Dorgler Auto Repair is the most honest and reliable mechanic in all of queens if not all of NYC. I have lived in many place in NYC and have seen many mechanics and this auto repair is the best by far at fair prices on top of that. I went to Fred and Fred Jr one time because I was recommended by a tow truck guy back in 2019 for a bad battery. Dorgler was highly recommended. They did a great job. They had the interstate battery I wanted and I was out of there in 1 hour. Fred Jr. was pleasant and I just had a great vibe and honesty from them, unlike other mechanics I have been to in my life, I decided to go back for a check engine light about 5-6 months later and I met Fred senior and same service, pleasant and honest. Dorgler should get a mechanic award lol. They are knowledge, honest and fair. They know what they are talking about and they will not sell you what is not needed. Thank you guys. I live in Woodside queens now and I will make the trip to Jamaica Queens. I was just there this week for an oil change and brake lights issue. They are truly the best. Thanks guys!!Frank :)”

They have changed my oil for years, always been helpful with updating registration and tabs and this year I was involved in a hit and run which took off my drivers side mirror and Eric was so lovely to work directly with geico and handle the whole thing. 10/10”
