“I have been to this UPS store so many times. It is the best of Brooklyn, you had competition, but, they closed that location on Jay street. The reason you hold the BEST title is at that location, it was one person, at your location it’s everyone there. I was feeling down, and having a horrible day. The guys made me laugh and smile. It was close to the time my husband passed, I was feeling low. You never know what someone is dealing with. Always be kind, considerate, and professional. The staff, was all that and more. “They work 7 days a week Sunday they close early but is convenient to have them open employees with experience pretty quick parking in the back if coming from the parking lot no wheelchair accessible but if you park in the entrance parking meters are easy you can use your wheelchair from the front entrance”

“Daniel at your Inwood location has done passport pics for both me and 9 month old and did an incredible job. Taking a passport pic of a baby is no small thing, and Daniel had us out of there in 10 mins and under. The result is that my 9 month old now has the best passport picture I’ve ever seen ?”

My only regret is that FedEx has scheduled to deliver my package later than I expected. That would make my whole purpose for paying over $200 to ship my very time sensitive package all worthless. I pray that the delivery date changes to at least 2 days earlier. That would mean the world to me.
I have returned to give FedEx a thumbs up ? for an excellent delivery service. Since my last post, FedEx delivered my very time sensitive package two days earlier than previously scheduled. That made all the difference for me.

The staff is patient and kind, even tho I have witnessed first hand customers being total jerks and treating them horribly. In spite of how they are treated, they are kind and patient anyway. This is a local business that we need to STAY in business!!!

“Efficient and super-friendly staff. My go to place for packages. Today I had to resend a document package because I had forgotten to sign a document and the nice guy at the desk gave me a discount on the re-send. He also proactively monitors overnight package progress to make sure there are no issues. That is what I call professional service!”
