“This is a wonderful small business with very personable service and I have been going out of my way to support them for over 15 years living uptown here. I just wish they would finish their website so we can order online instead of calling! first because Chewy is probably decimating them and second because it truly would make it easier for me to place weekly orders. (I believe Shopify is not that expensive to set up for a small biz like this.) The ROV would be substantial. They absolutely must come up with a plan to incentivize customers. Some of their prices are comparable to or even slightly better than Chewy but some products are not competitively priced at all (to say the least). They need to do their research on that as well. Anyway, I really want them and other small businesses in the neighborhood to survive and thrive, but it's time for them to make a marketing move and improve our experience.”

“Our dog loves this shop!! Whenever we walk down Ditmars, he wants to go inside. Sometimes we walk down Ditmars past the Regal Beagle's closing time, and he sits outside of the shop patiently waiting to go inside because he doesn't want to believe it's closed. The owners are lovely, kind, and welcoming. If we have a question or concern, they are always happy to help! They have two cats who roam around the store and budgies in their cages so it gives it a homey feeling. They have pictures of dogs from the neighborhood on their walls.
Besides the toys, treats, and accessories they sell, they have a backyard for our furry friends to play. In the backyard is a hose, dog toys, and a bathtub for the dogs to play. They also have chairs for the humans to relax.
I highly recommend the Regal Beagle if you are a pet owner! Thank you Regal Beagle for putting a smile on our dog's face!! :)”

“I got my mini dachshund, Wally, on March 1st. Nearly 4 months later and I can report that he is totally healthy, happy and super smart! It was the best decision I have ever made.
Thank you to Sal! Not only does he love every puppy that comes through his doors, but he is very excited for YOU to become a dog parent! He made the whole process simple and I felt confident the day I took Wally home. It’s super clean inside and all the pups were well taken care of.
That first night in March I was certain I wouldn’t get any sleep but Wally slept through the night in his crate! And every night after (Although now he sleeps with me)! Luckily, he has also been very healthy. He was a bit under 3 pounds when I first got him but now he’s about 10 pounds! I mostly have him on the dog food they sent us home with.

“The BEST pet store in LIC/BK. Prices are super competitive (the same as ama, chewys, etc) so PLEASE shop here if you’re local instead of the big corps. They have a huge variety of food, toys, treats, etc. if they sell the brand but don’t have th specific item you’re looking for ask the owner and he’ll order it in for you. Really great guys. “I rarely write reviews, so when I do, it’s because the experience is truly authentic. First off, this place is an absolute gem! We felt welcomed the moment we walked in. We were a little worried about bringing our pit bull, but there was absolutely no judgment. The owner was incredibly kind, personable, and knowledgeable about different dog breeds, which made us feel even more comfortable.
They have both a human menu and a dog menu, making it the perfect brunch spot for you and your pup. The coffee was delicious, and my Foxy absolutely loved her doggy treat!

“If you are in NYC, I highly recommend visiting this beautifully curated Zoomies store. They also have a website. We recently adopted a puppy, and I stopped by the shop before bringing him home. Everything felt so thoughtful, fun, and well selected.
I asked the founder, Susan, for some recommendations for our puppy, and every item she suggested ended up being a hit. He even rotates through the toys, so I went back to buy more items.

“I absolutely loved Petco until they cut my dogs hair down So low that my dog wouldn’t walk, he kept looking for his hair as a Shih Tzu and now he looks like a Chihuahua so I canceled my subscription. I was very very very disappointed. They kept telling me that my dogs hair was matted, but I comb my hair dogs hair every day so every time I go there, The Groomer states it mattered so I think I’ll just go to a professional Groomer where they’re really professional At what they do oh, by the way, this was the Petco on Junction Boulevard not The one in East they’re actually good”
