“My experience with Penske, their phone rep, and Gloria D. was the best that I’ve ever had with a rental. Their rentals are lovely. Pristine and new. However, the best thing about Penske is their customer service. The most professional, courteous, kind, and human I’ve ever come across. They are patient and they sincerely care. I cannot say enough about the telephone rep I spoke with when I made the reservation over the phone. I was so anxious and concerned because I had never driven such a large vehicle and I was doing it long distance. He took the time to help me through that. I was provided with a beautiful rental and the trip turned out to be great. After making that journey, I now feel like I’ve been doing it my whole life. And then there was Gloria D., the icing on the cake at Penske on Bruckner. There are no words to describe her. She takes the time and goes out of her way to help and provides the best service I’ve come across in a very long time. And her personality is so outstanding! God bless them both. The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because one time I went in for a car, and they didn’t have any left, so they gave me a minivan, and that would of been fine, but it was BUSTED looking. But it got me from point a to point b and that’s what was important.They are very polite and friendly. Great service. Good people.”

“My church rented a luxury 15-passenger high top van last week from the Brooklyn location and the entire experience was with top notch professional customer service! Debbie was pleasant and very informative when explaining the $200 deposit hold and the additional $200 charged in case of tolls and speed/red light camera violations. The security deposit is returned upon return of the vehicle if there are no damages. The toll/camera $200 charge will be held for 30 days to allow time for any charges to appear. Credits will then go in effect if no tolls / violations occurred. Special thanks also goes to George, who was very helpful when I returned the van. It is such a pleasure dealing with exceptional customer service! I HIGHLY recommend this company and this convenient location near the Pennsylvania Ave Belt Parkway exit.”

“I needed to rent a cargo van and called U-save. We were flying in from Louisiana to LGA and knew nothing about rental van companies in the area. We went with U-Save and the experience was excellent. Our rental was a nice Mercedes van. They even armor-all’d the tires. We drove around NYC in cargo style, lol.Note: their insurance verification process includes the need to verbally confirm with the insurance company. That’s not a problem but my insurance company’s phone tree couldn’t give the confirmation needed. This meant the U-save rep called me and I had to take time to call the insurance company. Although it was necessary, it was inconveniencing.Overall, the rental experience was great and the service was friendly. Would definitely recommend and would rent again.”
