On July 3rd I reserved a a car at the Colonie location through a third party app. When we arrived there we were informed they didn’t have any cars available. But Drew the assistant manager went out of his way to help us find another location. In the process of getting us set up at the Latham location her had a cancellation and got us in a vehicle hassle free. Our vehicle was in the shop and it wasn’t ready when we needed to bring the car back. So I called Drew and he extended our rental with no problems. We will contact Drew at the Colonie location before we go through a 3rd party app when we need to rent a car again. Thank you Drew for the outstanding customer service.”

“ALB Amtrak and Airport locations are convenient and the staff are phenomenal! The vehicles are very clean too. Hertz consistently claims its vehicles are clean and they are not, which is very frustrating.”
