“Rent a car for one day and the experience from beginning to end is amazing. Before renting I was actually a little bit frustrated after I saw the rate. But all my previous experience with Avis are brilliant so I decided to give it a try. The whole process is smooth except that you do have to wait as it is always a lot of people. The car is very nice, they upgrade the car from full size to minivan (not SUV what is worth to mention) when no car available by the time I pick up my car with no extra cost.
Something worth mentioning is that after returning the car, I found that I forgot something in the car the next day. Went back here and it only took me 20 minutes to get things back from the vehicle. The booth staff are so kind to help me check with his manager and other co-workers about my stuff while they are super busy. Everyone, customer service, returning staff all of them are so helpful. Manager Joe, you really are a fantastic leader and your team is amazing.
