I filled out the form to provide my flight info since Alamo told me they would stay open late if my arrival was late due to a delayed flight...great peace of mind although we made it before closing. Easy walk to cars in garage right across from baggage claim. Staff were friendly and efficient. They did not try to sell me options that I didn't want. They even gave me an adapter for my phone to connect for GPS, and made sure I was able to connect and get guidance before I left the facility. Clean and very nice vehicle. Drop off was similarly quick and easy. Great price and rental experience.”

“Usually my husband and I will rent cars from the Albany airport if we are planning on doing a little road trip that’s not as suitable for our own personal vehicles, which is a bit of a hassle in and of itself. We found that there was this location on Central Ave and will not go back! I pre-booked my rental & we got our car in less than 5 minutes…the rates were even better! We got a brand new car for our ride. The return process was super easy and staff was attentive…received my final bill in email in less than an hour! We will for sure be opting for this location instead from now on :)”

“Rent a car for one day and the experience from beginning to end is amazing. Before renting I was actually a little bit frustrated after I saw the rate. But all my previous experience with Avis are brilliant so I decided to give it a try. The whole process is smooth except that you do have to wait as it is always a lot of people. The car is very nice, they upgrade the car from full size to minivan (not SUV what is worth to mention) when no car available by the time I pick up my car with no extra cost.
Something worth mentioning is that after returning the car, I found that I forgot something in the car the next day. Went back here and it only took me 20 minutes to get things back from the vehicle. The booth staff are so kind to help me check with his manager and other co-workers about my stuff while they are super busy. Everyone, customer service, returning staff all of them are so helpful. Manager Joe, you really are a fantastic leader and your team is amazing.
