“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Hands down the best auto-detailing and protection shop in the Capital Region.”
I don’t usually write reviews, but The Works Auto Center deserves every bit of this one. From the moment I pulled into their shop, I could tell these guys operate on another level. The communication, the professionalism, the honesty — everything was just top-notch.
I brought my vehicle in for a ceramic coating and some interior work, and the results blew me away. The paint looks better than when it was new. The team took their time walking me through the process, answering every question, and making sure I knew exactly what I was getting. No upselling, no pressure — just real experts who clearly take pride in what they do.
The shop is spotless, the staff is friendly, and you can tell the owner genuinely cares about both the quality of the work and the customers’ experience. It’s rare these days to find a business that combines skill, integrity, and insane attention to detail.
If you’re thinking about detailing, PPF, undercoating, or anything to protect your vehicle, don’t waste time shopping around — go straight to The Works Auto Center. Worth every dollar, and I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else.”
“When I first went to this car wash I paid for the best car wash they had. However, it was a touch-free car wash so it did not remove all the dirt off my car. I talked to the management. They called the owner at home and he personally came down. Had me go through again and then gave me another free car wash. As far as some of these pictures, it looks like water spots on the car when you're leaving on automatic car wash. It's suggested that you drive less than 10 mi an hour for at least 2 minutes to dry the car off completely because if not you're going to get water spots left on your car. Have a good day!”
“Needed a little help with a bottle of water for a spray bottle. Noah had a great attitude and hooked me right up. Its nice to see a place with great employees. Thanks again Noah”
“Great carwash and with they're unlimited program, wash as often as you like. Friendly staff, super efficient and many convenient locations makes Hoffman's Carwash's a winner. I recommend, especially their unlimited packages.”
“This was my first time coming here, and I was genuinely impressed. The touchless wash did a great job, and the app makes the whole process incredibly convenient and easy to use. Everything was straightforward, and I was in and out quickly.
The vacuums are powerful and actually work better than most car washes I've been to. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of service you get.
Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish. I'll definitely be coming back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable car wash.”
“I had a very nice experience. I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast so the coffee and muffins were really appreciated! My car was serviced quickly and I made it to a closely scheduled appointment on time. Many thanks!”
“Obviously free vaccums is why you come here. The car cleanings are ok but the automatic one doesn't get deep into the care for 25 dollars. Just you the self clean if you really want it to come clean. All and all great place for a car wash with options”
“I forgot all about Garys place till I seen him at a friend's wake..He's a great guy and really nice seeing him...at the wake and then at the car wash Billy Schubert”

“I can say that I’m always wanting my vehicle to be clean and presentable. So to say I spend time in a car wash at least 4 times a month is an understatement. Hoffmann’s car wash facilities are the BEST of the BEST I have experienced over the many years of keeping my vehicles presentable and detailed. I recommend Hoffman Car Wash to any and all who want an excellent experience EVERY TIME!”
“I have an unlimited car wash sticker in the Oneonta, NY car wash. The actual car wash is immaculate, and the landscaping is welcoming. However above all that positive I must address the employees and managers. The team is above my expectations!! Each employee welcomes me with a smile and wave. If you have a question they take the necessary time to answer your question while keeping the line still moving. Thank you Oneonta Hoffman car wash.”
“It's quick, and gives a good wash, I particularly like the under the front spray at the beginning because the dirt and mud hides there, the top wash is pricey, and doesn't do much more than the one below,”
“Hoffman's is ok...its like one out of maybe three carwashes in this one horse town. I guess it will have to do. No hand wash places up here...which sucks.”

“The car wash does a great job! Attendants are super friendly and helpful. There are plenty of open bays to do your own washing if you choose. Vacuums work great and are reasonably priced!”
“I can't say enough positive about "Chris" who is a supervisor at the Colonie store. I walked in initially asking if someone could look at the side exterior of my vehicle. It had a substance on it that would not wash off. Chris took the time to not only look at the issue himself and attempt to see if he could spot clean an area but also readily offered to provide the full treatment service himself, if I had immediate availability. Since I wasn't planning on such prompt service, I said I could come back the next morning. The next morning at 8am, Chris met me and went to work on my vehicle. Although he was only able to remove enough to make it less, visable, his willingness to provide excellent customer service made it all worth while. He is a wonderful asset to your company.”

“Tim’s great! Has worked on a couple of our cars. We have a 16 Subaru Outback with cloth seats that has seen it all from having two kids, the car looks like new! Always worth it!”
