“I was a customer of Verizon since its inception and felt as a Senior they could've offered me more on a limited income. They didn't and the cost simply got to high and my service dwindled. Switching to Spectrum is a test. They offered a wonderful plan at a price i can afford, new phone, unlimited, and trade in value on my old phone. We'll see if they stay true on their promises.”

Felt bad about coming into the store an hour before closing, but Darrius took care of my husband and I without feeling rushed & even stayed an extra 20 minutes for us. He even mentioned that my husband could get a brand new phone if he wanted to for practically free that day.
