- Dale and RonDale were professional! Came in on a busy day and was out in under 15 minutes. Very RESPECTFUL! Very Helpful! No extra add on's or pushing to buy things I didn't come in for. I will keep going back to these guys!”

“I'm in the same situation as a customer downstairs. I also ordered two tires. On the day of my scheduled installation, they said one tire had arrived, but the other was delayed, so they couldn't install them. I waited for about a week, but the second tire still hadn't arrived. During that week, I contacted customer service, but they didn't resolve the issue at all. So I canceled the order. I placed another order for two tires, but the result was the same: one arrived, and the other was delayed. I thought they would ship both tires together, so why did only one arrive? There must be an internal problem. So I changed my mind; I decided not to order two tires together, but to order them separately to see if there would still be a delay. If you're ordering four or two tires, I suggest ordering them separately.
Replenish:
Today I had two appointments to have two tires installed, one at 11 AM and the other at 12 PM. While installing the first tire, the technician told me he needed my car's wheel lock. I realized I had left my wheel lock at home, so I drove back home to get it and then returned for my 12 PM appointment. Although I had to wait a long time, the technician with glasses was very patient and helped me install the tires, even waiving the installation fee. I was very happy and grateful to the technician with glasses.”

“The buying experience was very comfortable from beginning to end. Saumera was very good at maintaining contact and offering options throughout the sale without making us feel pressured to make a deal we weren’t happy with. Destination is obviously a large dealership that deals in high volumes, but our experience still felt personal. They were highly recommended by friends who have bought from them in the past and we would definitely recommend them to potential buyers.”

“Jamere, Terence and Elijah were very courteous and efficient. When there was an issue with my air filter Jamere took the time to look up a video to explain the issue to me. I really appreciate how kind and knowledgeable they were. It was a pleasure and I will most definitely be back. Thank you so much.”

“Very quick and efficient. Oil change, tire rotation, and inspection in 40 minutes. I am impressed. They tried to upsell to full synthetic oil saying that mixed synthetic may void Toyota 2022 warranty. Not true, their mixed synthetic oil is up to Toyota specs. One star less for this.”

“Everyone is super friendly and helpful-no issues with customer service but the wait times are ridiculously long. Would prefer to be given a realistic time frame when I leave the keys. Nothing jiffy about my 1.5 hour oil change on aTuesday morning early in the month.”

“We were driving and the maintance light came on. So we were in the area of Central and Covin Ave so we went to Valvoline for service. The technicians, Gary, Ramon and Naquan were so knowledgeable and very nice and polite. As a woman who should know more about my car, Gary was very informative and helpful with me about my car. I was so impressed with the service and kindness that they all had. I would definitely go back to them! Great job 👏.”

“I have Walmart Plus and they did great work for me. I had some leaky, unbalanced tires and TPMS (I had them install mine) and it was free because of the WP membership. TPMS if you use theirs is $30 which is a GREAT deal vs many shops. Dealers could charge $150 for this service.

I'm a car guy and they did a good job torquing the wheels - they picked a correct torque stick which comes off a board matched to the vehicle (this limits the impact), then they went around with a torque wrench and did a final torque. Anywhere you have tire service, it is a good idea for you (or them) to recheck torque after 25 miles. They said they would if I stop by, but I do it myself. They did not suggest this though. A torque wrench is inexpensive, there are even digital ones, and this gives you lots of peace of mind.

Yes, they don't answer phones so if you need service you may need to go in person to make an appointment (for flat repair) or online (for tire installation or oil change).

The fees are very reasonable. Most shops charge 25-35 to fix a flat. It is $15 if you don't have Walmart Plus.”
