“I brought 2 phones here in the last several weeks and received excellent pricing and service. All repairs were done in time for me to grab lunch and come back. What I really appreciated was that the owner gave me several options upon request and was concerned about meeting my needs vs. making the most money on the repair. I highly recommend this place for repair and will be bringing more items to him in the future, as need... hopefully not too often :)”

“John M and James B were so knowledgeable and helpful at the Jericho tpk, Commack store. They took the time, between pretty heavy customer load and the hot store, to un- ravel our monthly bill to where it should be. Our monthly bill had gone from @ 400$ 5.1.25 last year to over 600$ 7.14.26, for no apparent reason. The bill is back to where it shd be, thanks to the patience and stick-to-it-iveness of these two Verizon salespeople. Thanks, John and James B!”
