Shrimpy’s Burrito Bar - East Islip
322 E Main St, East IslipI've had take out from here before but this was the first time I've stopped for lunch intending to eat in. Outside was a sign with the Lunch specials, I decided on the taco's, you get a choice of beef, pork or chicken. I chose 1 beef & 1 chicken, it comes with chips and a small serving of salsa & a large fountain drink, but I got a bottle of water instead at no additional charge. Granted it wasn't busy as this was somewhat after your typical lunch hour but the food came out quickly and was brought to my table. Both the tacos were very good, with a nice about of meat and fresh toppings. The chips may have been home made and if they aren't they are some of the best commercial chips I've had. The salsa was ok but nothing special. For $10.99 I think it's a good deal. I will certainly be going back to try some of their other offerings

335 E Main St, East IslipThis place is an East Islip gem! Drinks are always on point (espresso martinis and smoked old fashions are our favorite) Food is delicious and staff is wonderful. They are almost always packed so make sure you get a reservation. Can't wait for the weather to warm up so we can take advantage of the awesome outdoor area!
