They took the time to look everything up, answer my questions, and even gave me screenshots to help with my case. It was nice that they genuinely seemed like they wanted to help me get it figured out instead of just rushing me out the door. I really appreciated it. Thank you”

“Every time I go there I’m always attended with the best service. This nice young man in specific, I believe his name is Enrique, is the sweetest of them all. He’s always very respectful and looking to solve any customers problems. He’s a charming young man and I look forward to seeing him every time I go to the store. The reason why I’ve become a regular customer at that ups store is because of him. I travel 30 minutes only to get to see him and of course receive the best service. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 store.”
