Plus they have a discount club for movie tickets shows, pet insurance discount, Mortage rates, along with equity lines of credit are always very low. It's easy to go on line and view the rates, of promotions.”

“I loved this bank as NEFCU, as Jovia they still have great service during business hours at the branch, but as the other customer said, beware the 1-800 number on the back of your card. The after hours customer service is horrendous to the point where I purposely wait and call the branch directly the following day. I think the name change and changing everyone's debit/credit cards was a bit unnecessary. Don't fix something that isn't broken.”
