“I usually do my banking online, but needed to make some changes in person, so I visited the FourLeaf (formerly Bethpage Federal Credit Union) branch in Albertson. The Assistant Branch Manager that worked with me was courteous, friendly and efficient, making short work of the changes I requested. Even though it was just before closing I didn’t feel rushed or harried. Over the many years we have been members, all my visits have been met with highly competent, friendly people who seem to care about doing their job well and helping their members. “Always enjoy visiting the Mineola branch and New Hyde Park branch. Tellers and Managers are friendly and always seem to be smiling ( unless they're just laughing at me lol:). Mineola tellers, Jalisa, Leah, Nick and John are always a pleasure to chat/deal with and are very professional and friendly. Amy, the new manager is also a joy to see when there. I appreciate their smiles and greetings whenever I do business there. In many places, the employees seem like you're bothering them, but here they're always willing to help answer any questions. Really, I can't say enough good things about this and the NHP branch without sounding as if I'm getting paid lol.
I hope they ( the suits) keep these tellers for a while and/or treat them well to show how valuable they are to the company. I'd miss them but they deserve the best so promote them with much appreciation for their value, please.”

“School St great branch and Atms. But it is being replaced by the new nearby Forrest Ave. branch. When I went to the new branch the Atm said it was going to charge a $3 atm fee for a withdrawl. So I didn't do transaction I cancelled and left. The Atm at 201 Glen St in CVS is a no fee Atm. I think Forrest Ave has non-FLFCU Atms for now so 201 Glen St is the go to.”

Here’s my tale of why- I have accounts across a few banks, including TDBank and CapitalOne. There’s a branch of CapitalOne down the road, and I had to deposit some old bonds my granma set up for me. The bank manager at CapOne literally told me to my face that they’re an awful lot of work, and it’s too much work for poor defenseless CapitalOne to spend its valuable time on. BUT NOT TO WORRY! All I need to do is visit a federal website, get a confirmation number, mail the bonds to the fed, follow up a few weeks later and manage the distribution of funds presuming everything went well. What the heck. It’s like the pizza place saying it’s too much trouble to make the pizza, so why don’t you go buy some dough and bake one yourself.
SO. I drove a mile down the road to TDBank. Polar opposite. I plug in my debit card, they take the bonds, I sign ‘em and the funds are in my account ready for use immediately. Took 5 minutes, no fuss, and they even had a lollipop for me. Amazing.
TLDR for face-to-face service TDBank is 5 out of 5, CapitalOne is a generous 1 out of 5.”

“I think this branch does a good job , but then again I used to bank at the TD in Port Washington ..not a fan, Not accommodating at all.
The staff doesn’t even look up to greet you when you walk
in .I have a cash business in Port and when I used to bring in cash for deposit they would get annoyed because they would have to count cash and enter checks, Too funny.”
