“I have a 2020 Silverado that I purchased at Barrett /chevy. This last visit was for brake work. The service manager quoted me an amount for front rotors and pads. When the work was completed, the final price was slightly higher than the quote. Without asking, she adjusted the price down to match the quote that was given. I have always received good service at a reasonable price, and the staff are courteous and friendly. I will continue to buy and service my vehicle at Barrett/chevy.”

“Annual car inspection this morning at Upstate Chevy, and a few maintenance issues to correct. Very efficient process to schedule an inspection appointment. They were able to complete the repairs immediately so we didn't have to come back which I appreciated.Nice clean, comfortable waiting area, with a refreshment area with coffee, fruit and popcorn. Shelby, the "dealership dog" lavished the patrons with plenty of kisses and showed great interest in my breakfast takeout container.We buy our cars here, and trust Upstate Chevy for all our car care.”

“These guys save me constantly. Having an older vehicle with some seriously misfortunate underbody rust, there’s always something going on. They’re quick, and knowledgeable and thorough. Having driven by and seeing that seamed to have nice vehicles we checked out their website which is very easy to use. We stopped in on a Thursday even without an appointment. We where hooked up with Joe Pellegrino and he did a great job of going over their inventory on his computer with us as it was cold out. He took out input on wants and needs.
