“I went twice in a week. First to buy a phone and change service and second time to transfer old phone to new phone. The clerks who worked with me were awesome, the others not so much. During my first visit I was the only customer and three of the clerks were clowning around, being noisy and they made it hard for me to hear and it was distracting. I said something to them about that and the noisy one acted put out. I found their behavior to be quite rude and unprofessional.”

The stellar employee who helped me go through this transition from exchanging a new phone (Google pixeI) I got recently (under 30 days) from Verizon to the new Samsung S26 ultra (I had s24 B4 I switched to Verizon) Chavez is the person you want to transition you from your old company to Verizon. The deals and perks here are wonderful. I felt appreciated, not rushed and fully taken care of. I'm a Verizon customer for life now.”

“Greenlight sent a Lantek technician to install the inside portion of our high speed fiber line. He arrived in a snowstorm as the electricity went off on the entire street. No matter; he got to work sussing out the situation and prepped everything just in time for the power to come back on. He was friendly yet professional, funny and informative. In spite of the snow drifts and the snow falling like crazy, he was careful to keep his feet and the floors clean. Very happy with the work and with his advice on a router purchase.”
