There were several problems (no fault of hers), and she was calm, cool, and the utmost professional start to finish. A few other employees and her manager also lent a hand a different times, and they were all knowledgeable and worked well together. The whole store had a good atmosphere. At a time when customer service is hard, if not impossible, to come by, I was very impressed! It took several hours from start to finish, but Briasia made sure the job was done completely and correctly. I can't remember the last time I had that kind of customer service. “I am free from Spectrum!!! Greenlight Networks was recently installed in my neighborhood. They were amazing with how well they communicated with us on the status of the construction project. Within 2 weeks of completing the infrastructure build out, they ran a cable to my home and 2 days later voila! I have Greenlight High Speed Internet!!! Chris the technician who made the final install from the outdoor connection into my home network, was polite and efficient in completing his task. He was considerate about not wearing his outdoor shoes in my home, took time to show me his work and what I needed to know regarding the connection. I have to say this was a painless switch! Ok... now I have to deal with Spectrum... Hopefully they are just as easy to deal with...wish me luck!”

“Had a great experience at the T-Mobile in Pittsford. I wanted to upgrade my phone and decided to do it in store after a couple negative experiences trading in with T-Mobile through the mail. These guys were great! They were very friendly and helpful. Vin handled my purchase, trade-in and set up easily. I didn't have to do anything. We were in and out in less than an hour and now I don't have to wait for my credit, or contact T-Mobile and ask if they received my phone. I highly recommend T-Mobile in Pittsford. Vin was awesome! I didn't get the other guys names but they were really great.”

“We have 7 lines on our plan so I am constantly in need of something. This location is super convenient! I love having somewhere to stop into in person, and Alissa has been so helpful the last two times I have been there! I opened a new line and was transferring someone else's number from Spectrum to my Verizon plan. It wasn't working at first and Alissa gave me her number when I left the store to make sure to follow up with me and see it through. She was so thorough and helped until the issue was resolved. The second time I went in, my husband's phone had just stopped working. I went in to upgrade, I was paired with Alissa again, and again, it was an amazing experience! She's top notch for customer service! I have to go in today for my daughters phone and I'm hoping she's there! Everyone in this store is really friendly both times I've been in. They all seem knowledgeable about the phones and the services.”

“After a very annoying 4.5 hours dealing with customer service and billing via telephone this morning, and being given the run around over an online order I placed that nobody was able to find or give me any info on, I walked into this store incredibly frustrated.It took the guys two seconds to find the order and let me know what was going on and attempt to help me. While I did not end up with the device I wanted to purchase, and am a little frustrated that the online rep gave me some bad information, the employees at the Holt Rd store were great!Edited: I have since found out that the financing issues were due to someone I spoke to on the phone voiding a payment but not my order, so my account appeared to be over my financing limit. However, with the order canceled, I should have been back UNDER my financing limit and able to make the purchase. So just a fail all the way around. I still rate the store 5 stars because they couldn't possibly know the entire rigamarole that was done to my account before I got to them.”

“Greenlight sent a Lantek technician to install the inside portion of our high speed fiber line. He arrived in a snowstorm as the electricity went off on the entire street. No matter; he got to work sussing out the situation and prepped everything just in time for the power to come back on. He was friendly yet professional, funny and informative. In spite of the snow drifts and the snow falling like crazy, he was careful to keep his feet and the floors clean. Very happy with the work and with his advice on a router purchase.”

“(Spectrum Mobile) - My wife and I went into the store on a Sunday and the waiting line was 10+. Decided to make an appointment for after work on a weekday and glad we did. Went in on a WEDS night and were initially greeted by Brett Tillotson. We were considering switching from Verizon (15+ year customer) to Spectrum Mobile. Needless to say Brett took his time in answering all of our questions. We now each have a new phone and are saving about $50 per month on our mobile bill. Brett made the migration super easy and we are so far happy with the service. @Spectrum you are very fortunate to have Brett on your customer service team!”
