“Betsy is down to earth, truly wants you to love what you buy, and will do everything she can to make sure you have the best experience and are 1000% satisfied! The ring we wanted to keep needed to be upped by 2 ring sizes as well as upgrade an engagement ring. Another jeweler advised that they wouldnt be able to enlarge the ring by 2 sizes but not Betsy! She was determined to make it work and it was done flawlessly! I love how they do everything in house! I highly recommend Betsy and her team at Richards and West!”
