“I don't know how they are for rentals but the process for having a hitch installed was easy. My wife got an estimate and appnt over the phone. We dropped off the day before ( you do have to drop off while they are there though). It was ready by noon the next day.”

“The people working in the office are very professional. The rates are reasonable as well. The only issue I have which is why I didn’t leave 5 stars is the cleanliness of the climate controlled area. The elevator especially. It could use a nice deep cleaning. As well as the area in front of the elevator near the window. Bugs everywhere. I’ll take photos next time and include them with this review. I was so turned off that I totally forgot.”

“The trailer was in almost perfect condition over all. The only problem I had with the trailer is it didn't seem like the brakes were working at all. Definitely over heated my brakes a few times. Definitely not to happy about that.”

“If you ever needed or wanted to rent a truck, this is the place to go. I have been dealing with John who is the general manager with renting a sleeper semi truck to use with Landstar and he has been wonderful. Anything I needed in terms of documents and trying to satisfy the stipulations from Lanstar, John has done it. I rarely find customer service as good as what Idealease has provided under John's management.Thank you”
