They did their best to try to salvage my screen to save me money, but in the end it was too much damage. Now my laptop looks brand new and works great!

“I had dropped my phone and cracked the back glass, I didn't have insurance so I was recommend here by a tmoble agent and I've never been more glad to be sent somewhere else for help. Not only were the staff incredibly helpful but it took no more then an hour to half an hour.Fully expecting the price to be well over $200 to fix it, but it was only $85. I will be coming here and only here from now on, this shop has absolutely gained a new customer!”
“Andy is the best. Have been coming to him for years for all of my tech needs. Above all else, he breathes integrity and knowledge. I came to him today with my simple problem of what I believed to be a broken charging cable. The other store I went to on a fly as it was closest to me tried to upsell me on fixing what they said were broken charging ports. They tried to scam me and told me the ports weren’t putting out any power after plugging it into their cable in the back room. Andy has a great setup with a back room you can see into and immediately confirmed my suspicion that it was indeed my broken charging cable. He sold me a new one at a great price. Andy is the best at what he does in not only tech problems but customer service as well. Highly recommend him for any and every tech problems you come across!!”

I brought my laptop here at the end of December 2025 because I dropped my laptop and couldn’t turn it on. “The experience in this establishment is one that all places should learn from when it comes to customer service. I came here to fix my Gaming PC which is a sophisticated system I have with high end parts. I accidentally deleted windows in the command prompt. I ended up stuck at a wall that I couldn’t reset windows. The owner explained to me the cost if he can fix it and the fee if he couldn’t solve the problem. He kept the PC for one day and called me to explain to me that he ran into an issue that he couldn’t solve the problem as well. I knew I had to get a new M.2 SSD. And told him that might be my only option. He felt bad he couldn’t fix the issue I had. And explain to me that he will wave the diagnostics fee.
This place I will recommend for customers service and the above and beyond workmanship of trying to solve the problem.
I fixed the issue myself in the end with purchasing a new M.2 SSD and now my PC is back up and running”
“I've known about and dealt with Stanton for years. Bill, the owner, used to refer customers to me when they needed help with their PCs. (They focused more on appliances and general consumer electronics). He died in mid-2022. From what I heard, his surviving wife, Virginia, tried to keep it going but decided instead to shut it down and move out of the area. Stanton was among the last of the old-school repair shops. I'll miss that place, and Bill.”
“The tech was fantastic and he deserves 10 stars! Plus ... he was a real person. So refreshing! Sears seems to think they only need one real human for their service calls, and that is the tech. I would recommend to them employing some real humans in their customer service department and providing their customers with a real phone number to dial with which to talk to them. No one likes to talk to a bunch of robots. (Note: the price listed that I paid was only for the diagnosis. The washer required a very expensive repair which the age of the machine did not warrant.”
“I just had to write a review about the exceptional service at Kobe's world! Brought in my switch controllers because one of them started to give out on me and buttons were not working. They fixed it within a day and then another issue came up with one of the back buttons.
