“Here I go again trying to support locally owned businesses. I was a Rite Aid customer and found Tile pharmacy through a friend. Not only can you purchase the items you normally get from the chain drugstores, they have beautiful gifts there and a large sundry of various products that I haven't seen since I was a kid! The selection is almost overwhelming! Get to Tile Pharmacy, you won't regret it.”

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with the staff at Cottrill’s for over a year now. Because I suffer from an autoimmune disorder and require my medication (injection form) delivered every two weeks, I tend to speak with them on a frequent basis, especially at the beginning when they assisted me in having the medication approved. If it weren’t for them going the extra mile and speaking with my doctor’s office and insurance provider, I’m sure I would have been denied. They all worked as a team to make this possible for me and I’m doing much better physically/mentally. No matter who I spoke with, I received the same professional/personal service. I hope to continue working with them in the future.”
“I typically use another small town pharmacy as it’s closer to my home but due to inventory issues, I have had my prescriptions filled at Clarence Pharmacy a few times now. I feel that their organization and timeliness out-beats any other pharmacy I’ve been to, including chains. Additionally, the personalized care and customer service is top notch. The staff and pharmacists go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy and that transactions go smoothly. I highly recommend this business.”

“I recently went through patch testing and found out that I have some allergies I never knew I had, one of which being a Balsam of Peru allergy. The BOP allergy makes it extremely hard to get topicals without my allergens and allergens that can cause cross reactions. The pharmacists and staff are absolutely wonderful at Pine Pharmacy. For anyone who thinks they may be having allergic contact dermatitis to their topical bases, Pine Pharmacy is hands down the best place in Buffalo.
For people with Allergic Contact Dermatitis/Other Types of Dermatitis: I do recommend working with your dermatologist to order medications/topicals and to stock up your medical cabinet ahead of an allergic contact dermatitis flare instead of waiting for the first sign of symptoms because it can take a little longer than a traditional pharmacy for Pine Pharmacy to compound what you need.”

“This pharmacy retains a comfortable hometown feel, and many times I've been able to coincidently bump into friends I haven't seen in a while. The staff are friendly and I've not had a single issue with them. Their newer online ordering option called 'Nimble' has personally caused me a great deal of confusion at times, but I've always been able to correct any issues with the help of the staff. However the 'Nimble' online ordering system's issues is the reason I have removed a star.”

“I am one of those customers that got switched to CVS cuz of Rite Aid closing. I'm a 47-year-old Marine Corps veteran with 5 degenerative discs & a spinal stimulator that takes public transportation. CVS on Walden Ave is not easy for me to get to whatsoever. I was going to the same Rite Aid the last 20-something years which was a 15 minute Walk for me but is now GONE & left me stranded practically. CVS needs MORE LOCATIONS but so far it's been relatively easy dealing with CVS far as medication and all is concerned ??”

“I have been using option care for about 7 years now. My nurse Joanne DeLprince has by far made the whole experience working with this company worth it. I started with subcutaneous IGG therapy and moved to IVIg therapy. Joanne is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She is a pleasure to have in the home and is committed to continuing educating herself and patients. She has stayed longer to administrator TPA and always goes above and beyond. I had to add TPN to my routine and I love working with Madeline, she is attentive and listens to my needs. Erica is great at filling my orders and ensuring I have the supplies needed. I would have given 5 stars however I had a PEG tube placed and it was infected due to the lack of shipment in supplies to care for the tube. My delivery for feeding was a month after my tube placement and was left outside, which was no good to use. I ended up having to have the PEG tube removed and restart TPN. Last complaint is since the company switched delivery services they are inconsistent and not as friendly as the group of people. I never know when my delivery is coming because they will send the text message hours before they show up.”

“I have only recently started shopping at Walgreens once they built this store which isn't too far from where I live. It has come in handy and been great to have in the neighborhood. Everyone from the pharmacy counter attendants, pharmacists, to cashiers has been friendly and helpful. Even when I have been sick as a dog, barely able to talk, and grumpy, they have been friendly (but not annoying). The store is very clean, shelves are stocked and neat. I haven't had issues using coupons and I can just enter my phone number for their rewards program. I usually have stopped here for stuff like generic cold meds, cough drops, nasal stuff. Also they run decent sales, like my allergy spray was priced little more than Walmart/Wegmans, but they had it buy 1/get 1 for 50% off deal and I could use a coupon for each, so it was a good savings. Good selection of gift and greeting cards when I am in a pinch and need something fast! Store has good amount of parking. Can be harder to get out of if you are trying to go back down French to the East (towards Transit) or onto Borden going North, but not impossible.”

The staff I've encountered never seems bothered and even seeing them take care of older people they show extreme patience. I drive out of my way to go to this location because of how attentive this location is. I have a Rite Aid down the road from me but I drive 10 minutes out of my way specifically for the service here.”
