“This is the only Apple store in the country that is open 24/7! And it's crazy busy! The place is huge and has a dramatic entrance (a circular staircase leads you down to the store) and there are employees everywhere including at the bottom of the staircase to help move people along.We were only there to check out the iPhone chargers for our daughter. I was pointed in the right direction where another employee was situated to help customers find what they needed. He was very patient as my husband asked questions not even related to chargers while other customers waited to be helped. For such a busy place, it was a pleasant experience!”

“You know that I'm usually a proponent of big-box chain stores because I think they're hooked into a better supply chain and can get things faster and (usually) cheaper. But I've been burned badly of late at Best Buy, and Dyckman Electronics Center has me reconsidering my position. It's a solid #MerlinFIIIIVEEEEEE (elongate the vowels, elevate the pitch) and then some. My jam: I needed to replace a dishwasher and oven right away. (Don't ask: sometimes, somebody just needs a dishwasher and an oven, you know?) Called this place up and got reasonable quotes right away. The stuff was at my place in a couple hours. A lot of indie shops price gouge shamelessly. This place is the opposite. I'd definitely recommend talking to Angela if you're in a jam similar to mine. She'll take care of you and help you out if things go South (which they did for me -- I initially got a 30 inch oven by mistake for a 24 inch slot, and she told me to relax and fixed it!)”
