“This is a quite large store, fully stocked with everything you could possibly think of appliance and tech wise. I had traveled here from the North West Bronx to pick up a Motorola Razr, so like a world away. Anyways, after my two hour trek I thought I had lost my ID so I wouldn't be able to pick it up. Fortunately I was able to find my ID and the manager was able to work with me on it. Great staff.”

“12/8/22: please come to this store for better customer service. my husband and i were sent to this best buy location after being treated horribly by best buy employees when we tried to pick up and purchase a diligently researched samsung 55 inch 8000 series tv available at 5001 northern boulevard. i sourced the tv online since black friday and saw it was at that northern boulevard location. my husband called to confirm the inventory was at this location before we traveled an hour from his job only to be told there were no tvs and to go to another location. the employees asked for my husband's credit card to hold the purchase at another best buy as we were being sent to the location at rego park. i provided all of my personal information and they almost charged his card before i had sense to stop it. this entire situation caused my husband and i to quarrel amongst ourselves (we do not argue) as he was frustrated, tired, coming from work beginning at 6am this morning and he was about to spend over $600 to be treated like an aminal. we are professional college graduates with good hard working jobs and treat people the way we wish to be treated despite their ignorance. my husband and i chose not to have the tv delivered because we wanted to compare quality in the store. we arrived at rego park after spending money for additional parking, there is no street parking at this location. adam at best buy was very busy but did his best to acknowledge our presence. his co worker completely ignored us and spoke spanish to other customers behind us. my husband almost lost his composure at the lack of customer service for a second time at another best buy location 2 hours later. adam and rishi and mir are the reason we continued through the unnecessary torment. we didn't ask to be treated this way to buy a best buy tv. ultimately, because of them we purchased the tv. best buy needs more professional staff like rishi and mir, promote them immediately and please better train the staff to accommodate paying customers like my husband and i. christmas should be an enjoyable time to shop at best buy. i give four stars to adam, mir and rishi!!!!!!”
