“I just came back for my phone upgrade on Sunday and decided on the iPhone 16 Pro and I’m so happy with it. I went back to the same associate that walked me through the process and promotional offer. Tenzin really took the time to ensure the transfer from my old iPhone and to the new one was smooth & seamless. He was helping me and other customers at the same time, but didn’t leave me hanging and checked in on my transfer process every 2-5 minutes. There was one hiccup during the whole process but his colleague at the store was quick to step in to help us. Thank goodness for people that are more tech-savvy than me!
Overall, a positive experience at this location and as I said before - Tenzin is your go-to guy. He’s patient, professional, and takes the time to explains everything.”

“The store is small so if you're looking for like a coffee maker for example you're not going to have too many different options to choose from but you'll be able to leave there with a coffee maker...
That's the best way I can describe this location
It's clean, it's handicap accessible, it's right by the seven train 82nd Street stop so all in all the benefits of it outweigh the lack of diversity for the item your looking for.
You'll probably find the item you're looking for it's just you won't have 4 different brands and sizes to choose from is all”
“Racial discrimination isn't limited to this store—it also happens at the Apple Store on Long Island. They won't even bother to help you; they're only in it for the sales. I hope Apple Stores will hire more professional staff. You can all go to the Apple Store in Brooklyn. The staff there are very friendly.”
